At first, I called Floyd for help with a dead bathroom outlet and funky three-way switch. After his quick response and friendly service, I asked him if he could solve a problem in the garage for me. I couldn't charge two electric vehicles at once since it was on the same panel. Floyd used his creative-thinking and problem-solving skills to install a new charging outlet for my car. Even after encountering many issues including an overloaded panel and my last minute request for a faster charging speed, Floyd was able to overcome all odds and make my life so much easier with this fix.
