My Rancho Santa Margarita Electrician Hero

Not a hero, that's for sure. Think twice before you call this company. FYI, this is my first bad review - I usually only write good reviews, but this one angered me so much. They were very disrespectful of my time and were not honest. I called this company because I wanted an electrician in RSM that knew the builders in the area. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 8:00am advising that I didn't work close to home so I needed an early morning appointment. I was told I had an appointment at 8:00 and someone would call me to let me know they were on the way. No call. No Electrician. At 8:15 I called and was then told I had a 'window' from 8:00 to 10:00, which didn't make me happy - I was never told it was a 2 hour window. I had told my boss I would be in later that morning. But, she said the electrician was on his way. At 9:00 - no electrician and no phone call. When I called she told me he would be there in 20 minutes. Am I supposed to believe this now after I've been lied to twice? So either the electrician was NOT on his way at 8:15, or he was not from Rancho Santa Margarita. Regardless, if I can't trust the company from the beginning of setting the appointment, I certainly cannot trust them to diagnose the problem correctly, and charge me fairly. If they lied to me twice, they will most likely lie to me again. And it's Thursday, so I had a very difficult time getting somebody out on Friday before the weekend. Think I found a good one - and if so, I'll be glad to write a review on him.
