We requested to have our old doorbell replaced with a new Ring Camera doorbell, James' crew member Robert, came out to do the install. Robert sent a text message when he was on his way and his ETA. Robert and was very prompt, pleasant and efficient, even though the temperature 100 degrees he was still pleasant throughout the install.
