Bryan was very responsive when I first contact him. Other company quoted without looking at what needs to be done. He came over that same afternoon, and discuss my options and was budget conscious. Because of his demeanor and responsiveness, i agreed to having him replace my upstair faucet and downstair vanity. His price is fair. He came to work on time and finish on time. As with old plumbing, there were slight leaks days after, but he came back promptly to fix it. I would definitely hire him again.

Had Brian's company fix 2 different faucets, one of them had leak the next day. Brian quickly came back and re-adjusted something, but more importantly caulked the counter top. We also placed some foils around the faucet, so far no more leak. Will gradually remove the foil to debug more. But so far so good! That are very prompt and professional.

I called Brayan for an estimate to replace my garbage disposal and a water damaged board in this kitchen sink cabinet. I sent him some pictures and we discussed the repair. He arrived on time the following day and when he was doing the repair, he also noticed the dishwasher drain line was damaged and needed replacing. This kitchen sink cabinet has always been a problem but its finally dry again and looks brand new! I will be calling him again.

We needed a toilet re-installed after getting new floors, and Brayan was able to fit us in (and then re-fit us in after flooring took longer than expected). On 7-3-20, I hired My Handyman OC to install an under kitchen cabinet wall light to replace a broken one in a rental unit. They offered to purchase it at a local hardware store which saved me a trip to the store. Manny did an excellent job, was on time, professional, courteous, and left the kitchen work area clean. Later that day, I received an email with pictures of the completed work. Very late on 7-6-20, I sent a repair request with a list of items to repair at another rental unit. Early the next morning, I received a price quote and they accommodated the time which the tenant was available. Both Brayan and Manny arrived today wearing facial masks and ready to start at the time requested, with supplies and equipment. They worked very quickly, did all of the repairs, answered all questions, and everyone was happy. As requested, I received pictures of the completed work. Will definitely hire My Handyman OC again.
