Power outage saturday morning 5:45am. Called a few electricians based on Yelp. Norman was the first to call back. He was timely, polite, knowledgeable! He fixed the problem for a reasonable price ($85 fee for showing up plus rest of the work). Another company had asked me 450 just for showing up, they are insane!
I highly recommend Norman.

I found Norman on Yelp who had great reviews. I contacted norman back on 10/17 and he was able to come same day. I had a problem with flickering recessed lighting and he was trouble shooting for about an hour and said it could be that I need another ground wire or he could try changing two breakers. I paid him $65 and he was supposed to return the same evening but didn't. He hurt his foot and said he had to stay off his feet for a few weeks. He never contacted me back. I had to call him and schedule another appt. He came back and looked at the lights again and this time he said it could just be the dimmer so he replaced the dimmer and charged me another $65, left and the flickering came back the same evening. Scheduled something for the following week and he did not show. I scheduled another appointment at 9am this morning and said he had to take his truck to the mechanic. I took the day off since he said it would take a few hours and now I lost a day of work and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my text messages after cancelling on me. After 2 months, $130, a new dimmer that made my flickering worse, I am now looking for a new electrician. Norman is a very nice person but his lack of follow up, multiple cancellations, and not fixing my issue for 2 months after paying $130, was a horrible experience. This was my first electrician I have worked with and my first post on Yelp after over 20 years using this site. Very disappointing.

I found this electrician on Yelp! and I sure am glad that I did!! If you want an honest and skilled electrician at a reasonable fee, look no further. The first time I hired them, they replaced a burned out circuit breaker for me. The job was done very well and was explained to me by the owner. The second time, I thought another breaker was burned out, but he tested it and said it was working perfectly!! He just charged me the minimum service call fee. I appreciated his honesty and have already told a friend who needed an electrician to hire them. I am telling you to do the same. You'll be glad that you did!!

Norman came out to install our ring doorbell system. I was cynical before he came, because his quote was SO much lower than everyone else I called (called like 10 top rated places in LA on yelp). He did such a great job, no BS, at a VERY reasonable price. On top of his electrical work, a delivery guy came while Norman was here to drop off a crib. The delivery guy refused to move the boxed crib in my garage, let alone to my house, expecting an 8-month-pregnant woman to lug a 100lbs box from the middle of the street. Without even being asked, Norman was such a gentleman and pushed the boxed crib into my garage. I will definitely be calling this company again for any future electrical needs, as well as referring them to family/friends.

Norman and his guys came out as promised, worked quickly and efficiently to get a number of wiring jobs handled at my house.

I was doing some home improvement and ended up creating a power outage in my entire home late at 9pm. Norman was so helpful, troubleshooting over the phone and helping me solve the problem. He was simply fantastic and was so patient and kind. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him for any electric issues you may be experiencing.

One dreadful day & Two electricians later, Norman & My Electrician Logics came through and saved the day! I couldn't recommend this business enough! After having 2 electricians come by and not be able to figure out what was causing the short, and as a solution quote me a ridiculous amount to rewire my house and upgrade my electrical panel, I ran to Yelp to get one more opinion. Norman showed up the following morning at 8am, like he said he would, and figured out the issue within 20 minutes. He did suggest that the best thing to do would be to rewire & upgrade our panel, but the temporary fix would hold us over, until we were ready to do so. He stuck around a few minutes to ensure our power stayed on, then took off. Just a couple of hours ago, I got a call from him to follow up and make sure we didn't have any issues after he left.


My Electrician Logics will be my new go-to for any electrical problems. They were punctual, professional, prompt, efficient, showed amazing customer service & their prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They did an amazing job with this task & I'm sure will do amazing rewiring my house. Yes, they'll be getting that business from me as well!

I highly recommend Norman Patten and My Electrician Logics. Norman responded promptly to my quote request. He came out the next day and we discussed the job. His quote was very reasonable. He got the job done and done well. I was missing a part needed to complete the installation of a Lutron Caseta smart dimmer switch in my kitchen. I ordered the part via Amazon and when it came in a few days later Norman came back that same day to finish the job at no additional charge. He knows what he's doing, works neatly, and is very friendly. You can't go wrong with Norman and My Electrician Logics. Thanks!
