He got the job done and done well. I was missing a part needed to complete the installation of a Lutron Caseta smart dimmer switch in my kitchen. I ordered the part via Amazon and when it came in a few days later Norman came back that same day to finish the job at no additional charge. Only had Norman troubleshoot an outage in some of my rooms but he did it very quickly. It was a loose wire on the roof and he did a temporary fix by replacing the wire which was a bit burned out since I plan on re-hauling the electrical in a future renovation. He was in and out in 45 minutes and charged $80. That first hour cost is much lower than other electricians I have used in the past that can charge $120+. I'll definitely call Norman again for future electrical work.
