Jeff repaired electrical connection to my pool lights. Mustang (Jeff) was recommended by my pool maint. SVC. Job was done well and at reasonable price. As this is a critically important type of fix, trust was paramount. So when I needed a few outlets added to a TV entertainment wall, I called Jeff. Lyle worked fast, cleanly, and with no extra cuts in wall. Calling them again soon for more work.

Jeff did a turnkey solar installation job on my house on Rancho PQ. First off, amazing work and great price. He has a crew of guys who did the install of my 4.3kW roof install in probably around 6 hours. He followed up next day to do the electrical tie-in to my subpanel. Unlike some other electricians I quoted to do the job (as well as other solar companies), he had no agenda to pedal me unnecessary panel upgrades and even suggested a work-around that SDG&E offers in the case the city wouldn't have approved of the use of tying to my subpanel fed off a center-fed main. In the end, the city approved what I wanted and no alternatives or unnecessary electrical work was required. Jeff responded quickly, referred me to a better module/inverter distribution outlet than I had found, and brought a great team to the job. Nice clean work the building inspector couldn't find any fault with. I've referred him to two other close friends. I did an owner-builder permit and didn't lift a finger, other than one drive to the building department to pay for and pick up my permits. Jeff made it very easy.

The light switch to my light fixture in my bathroom was not working so I called my home warranty program, and they gave me the number to Jeff at Mustang Electric.

He immediately called me back, and was there right on time for the appointment, which was on the weekend. He helped out quickly, courteously, and looked over a couple of other items which were not part of the initial call out.

As this job required a new light fixture and new light switch, Jeff immediately came out, after I bought those items, to install those for me, also over the weekend.

He did a great job, and I will not hesitate to contact Jeff again should I have another issue.

He fixed my attic fan and it works great. He had a problem getting the fan from the dealer but never gave up. He also found some other electrical issues and fixed them free of charge. He said that he was the last one in the attic and would never leave it that way. Thank you Jeff.

I had a problem with the lighting going off in half of my condo. I placed a home warranty claim and they dispatched this another electric company who thought just tightening the circuit breakers would fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not improve anything. I called back the home warranty company and asked them to send somebody else that would actually fix the problem. They sent in Jeff from Mustang Electric. Jeff quickly figured out the problem was caused by two issues. First, the wiring in one of the bedrooms was done incorrectly. He had to punch a hole in the wall to fix the wiring. I was concerned about the wall, but Jeff patched and cleaned after he was finished, he even left a patch of the wall for us to match the paint. The 2nd issue had to do with one of the circuit breakers overloading. He replaced the faulty circuit breaker with two new ones. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and super courteous. He took the time to ensure the problem was fixed and asked to call him back if I encountered any other issues. I ended up calling Jeff back a month later, not to fix anything, but to help me install two new light fixtures. He showed up promptly the following day at 9AM. Jeff helped center the fixture over the table area and even went with me to the hardware store to get the hook we needed to match the light fixture. I would definitely call Mustang Electric again for any electrical problem. There's true piece of mind in knowing that you can call in an expert to handle problems with efficiency and attention to detail.

We had an issue with a GFCI outlet under our kitchen sink. In addition, our garbage disposal (connected to same GFCI) was not working. Jeff was sent through the home warranty company. I called him and he scheduled us for the following day. He arrived on time. He replaced the faulty outlet and everything works great. What was more impressive is that he also helped me fix the garbage disposal (a plumbing issue( which took some extra time and effort. Very professional and we would call him in the future.

I called out a home warranty claim for a faulty ceiling fan and they unfortunately dispatched this company. The electrician was not familiar with the home warranty process and did not properly relay the info about the problems with the ceiling fan to the warranty company, and they denied the claim as a result. He did not even attempt to troubelshoot the ceiling fan or the remote. Just passed on bunk info to the warranty company that the remote didn't work (which they don't cover). My first impression was that this guy was ready to be done working for the week by his lack of interest in troubleshooting the fan. He perked up when I told him I might have some other work for him around the house and would pay out of pocket. I wanted to show him a botched bathroom vanity light install and he decided to start farting as we walked through the kitchen toward the bathroom. Since things seemed to start getting weird at that point, I decided it was time to move on and request another electrician through the warranty company. I would not recommend this company, they will crop dust you!
