Had Muscio install a home EV charging station in my deeded parking spot in my condo garage - they were fantastic. Allen was great and responsive for communication, and Dayton did an excellent job. They also installed a Wi-Fi router. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great installation experience!

Technician Reggie was professional and knowledgeable. Hourly labor rate for T&M was provided after the job was complete (troubleshooting phone line issues). $165 per hour is unreasonable. Especially for a non-union shop. If you decide to work with Muscio please be ready to pay their rate.

I worked with Allen at Muscio he was knowledgeable and competent. I hand work done on my electrical panel, dimmer switches, new outlets run and some Cat 5 cable run. All was done well and I thought the price was fair.

We are a non-profit foundation that has a Inclusion preschool in Pacifica. As we extend our program, Muscio Electric installed the exit sign for our classroom. The contractor Allen did a great job; he came in on time and did his best not to disturb the class. The owner Stan is very kind and knowing we are a non-profit foundation that helps children with disability, he offered to lower the cost and only charge us with time and materials. It's great working with them and we will definitely recommend their job to anyone in Pacifica.

These people are unbelievable. I had them install one phone line for me in my office, which took them about 2 hours (a real sense of urgency with these guys), I received a bill for almost $500.00...to run a phone cord? Half of the phone cord was not even stapled to the wall because they couldnt get behind some shelving so it was left on the floor, which was fine, but not a 500 dollar job. I talked to Stan and was told that they didnt charge me for the time that Stan spent out here giving me a quote for another job. Well how nice of you to not charge me for giving me a quote. Seriously??? I thought I would use them because I like to support local businesses, but NEVER again will I use these people, what a joke! I hope my phone cord does magic tricks and tells my staff how pretty they are everyday for that price. There is a million other electricians in the bay who would have done what they did for a third of the cost. Take your electrical business elsewhere people.

Pleased with service which was prompt, and the electrician was able to trouble shoot a problem with the sump pump, and a couple of other electrical issues. Reasonable price for the two hours. Pleasant and good communication. Would use again.

These guys have done various jobs for me. Obviiously I must be satisfied because I keep calling them back. They repaired my fire suppression system when it wasn't working. They referred me to a plumber who seemed expert who could do the plumbing and Muscio fixed the electrical. No runaround or delay. Later on they installed the new fire alarm system and Muscio security does the monitoring. I have had them do repairs in my office, like new circuits for specialty equipment and minor repairs like fixing fluorescent fixtures. No problem.

I called them for electrical work needed in the house for my remodelling. I had him give me a quote on one room to start with. His quote was four times higher than another electrician quoted me. Another electrician was lisenced and bonded too.
