I called Rick about coming over and looking at what I thought was a serious electrical problem at our home. He arrived and started looking at the panel and said that it didn't appear to have any problems. He then looked at the list of fixtures, switches and outlets that were not working and took one step at a time and resolved all the issues. He was effective, efficient and shared each of the issues and what he did to repair it. Needless to say we were impressed with his knowledge and service attitude.....
