I contacted Moses to install a whole house generator for me. After we agreed for a price to install (and he sent the estimate) and the size and model of generator, I ordered one to be delivered to the house. Generac whole house generators are lately on back order for months but I found one fortunately in Bakersfield and got them delivered. To my surprise after the delivery of the generator, he stopped responding at all and I was stuck with the generator and he left me in the dark. I know that it is a free world and everyone is free to choose what they can do or not.
1. But there was no reason for him to agree for original installation and then let me stuck with it. (since it is a big item, and you have to have installer agree to install that model before hand and it is not something you can just return without a huge penalty).
2. If by any chance, there was a change in plan or he wanted a higher price or something, at least there should be minimum courtesy to respond back and communicate and let the homeowner know about the situation.
Very poor and very disappointing service to say the least.
