This hardscape group truly deserves a 5-star rating. We were referred to Yobany by another contractor. Yobany and his team did hardscape for my courtyard. They took down the old gate and fence and built new beautiful stucco walls with lighting and covered the ground with pavers. They were flexible and easy to work with and were customer service oriented. We had to make a few adjustments, and they willingly changed the plan without fuss. The quality of the work was excellent, and we're very happy with the results. They are a group of hard working and honest folks. We will definitely bring them back for future projects.

Everyone knows looking for a contractor is so stressful. It's hard to find someone with good communication skills, reliable, affordable, and does good work. Ive been wanting to remodel the front of my mom's home for awhile and I reached out to so many people. Contractors either didn't respond back or told me material was ""hard to find"" because of the pandemic. I mean I was willing to provide material if needed, so I kind of just gave up for awhile.

I remember my friend remodeled her home and owns businesses, so I decided to reach out. She gave me Yobany's info so I contacted Yobany at Munoz Construction and was impressed right away! I texted him and the next day he came to give me an estimate and was able to give me the total cost/estimate the SAME DAY! He calculated everything the same day! Amazing! You can text or call him! He's great at responding.
Remember folks, the type of work he does he can't be on the phone 24/7 so be patient if he doesn't respond. He's probably being safe at work and concentrating. So just leave a text or VM and he'll respond.

Price: very reasonable. I'm so shocked he quoted me the same day. I was able to plan ahead and took some days off just to be home so I can order lunch and pick up some material. Yobany's pricing was JUST about the same as my budget so I was so happy!

The work: wow!!! Yobany and his team are soooo good! From stamped concrete to stone work, JUST WOW! I am truly amazed at their work. Very clean and meticulous work. Yobany estimated the work to be done in two weeks and he finished before then!!! They work so efficiently and come on time. When he said he'd be there at 8am, they were either early or on time. These men are so so so hardworking and seem to have fun when they're working. Very professional and seems like they're all family, they get along with each other so well and were always smiling. Amazing crew!

The job:
-Broke down old fence & replaced with stone.
-Replaced outdated rock wall on the front of house by garage.
-Got rid of old concrete on driveway, front of house, walkway to front entrance, and added stamped concrete.
-Added a custom mailbox (will add pics later)
-Added new stonework to front (garage area).

Do yourself a favor and hire this company for all your concrete and remodeling needs! I will add some photos, but will add more when the entire yard is done! I am currently waiting for fencing from another company, that Yobany recommended.

Yobany and his crew were awesome to work with!! They transformed our backyard (installed pavers, concrete, planters, and artificial turf) and maximized it into usable space for our family to enjoy. We are so impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism, and just overall great hardworking people. Yobany took the time to provide honest opinions about details that required changes midway through the project which was deeply appreciated and is a testament to the work he completes because he treats the projects like he was working on his own backyard. Yobany and his team TOTALLY transformed our backyard and it truly turned out better than expected. We were working on a budget but this house is for my parents, so I wanted the backyard to be spacious, little maintenance, and pleasing to looking be in. Yobany came to the rescue! He is very reasonably priced, is responsive and always answers his phone, delivered what was promised plus more! Our stamp concrete turned out beautiful! The stain was what I had asked for. The stamp concrete look so much like pavers. They mended my cracked columns effortlessly, and most importantly, my parents LOVE it!

I found this company on Yelp and I wanted to write this to assure anyone reading this that this is a trustworthy contractor. I manage construction for a living and I must say that Yobany and his guys are excellent. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and all for a really good price. His crew worked almost non-stop throughout the day, they paid attention to every detail, and Yobany listened to everything we said we wanted.

It is a gamble when you hire a contractor to work on your house a lot of times. No gambling here. Yobany is an honest businessman. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and I appreciate the care in which he treated my home. A+
