Ms sparky to the rescue. SDGE installed new power line, swapped wires and electrocuted our home. Ms Sparky Electric rearranged their whole schedule and fit us in because, as they said, emergencies involving safety come first. They did what they needed to and will be returning. Mary showed up at our home. We spent an hour reviewing what had to be done. She left promising to send a detailed estimate - never heard from her again. Very unprofessional. If she couldn't do, or didn't want to do the job it would've been nice to have been told that. So...waste

Honest, Reasonable, Efficient Electrician

Ms Sparky Electric was referred to me by a friend and I'm very impressed.

The oven element in the stove in a rental in Lake San Marcos caught fire and was frightening (that's how they burn-out), so I replaced the stove. When delivered on a Mon., it was hard-wired (unheard of 2 me) and needed a 240 box installed. Mary (Ms Sparky owner) had someone out the next day and the job was done in an hour @$125 + a few $$ for the plug. She services Cardiff and the area and her estimate for hard wiring ceiling fans for me was reasonable also. 760-942-7345

I hired Ms Sparky to do some cans/light replacements and additions. She was referred by a friend. Tried calling and emailing and took awhile for her to get back to me. Showed up early for initial estimate look. Very pleasant person. I liked her and was glad to support a woman in a typically man world. She told me she would email me her bid. Did not hear from her for several weeks...called her and no response to my message, finally emailed her and she sent bid. Told her I was good to go and ready to move forward. Again, took awhile for her to respond to me after several tries on my part. They did the work. Her team was awesome...pleasant, professional and they worked well together as a team. Work was completed in a timely manner once they finally got to the job. Some additional lights were needed...and again had to wait several times for her to get back to me to schedule the work after several contacts by me. All work done. Had trouble with one of the lights they installed...called/emailed numerous times and finally she returned my call. Sent Jeremy out and he said problem was in the switch plate....and that Mary would get back to me about replacing as they would have to find. This was about three or more weeks ago. Have heard nothing from her. So, just sharing, so you know in this instance her communication and return of calls and emails etc....were poor....and hence frustrating on my part. Pam

I called Mary when visiting my parents and a circuit was acting up. She came when she said she would, and suggested a possible fix at 10% the cost of the panel replacement a previous electrician said was probably needed. She ordered the parts, returned on time, and made the fix at the promised price. She got the job done well and was great with my mom and dad. When Mom and Dad are happy, then I'm happy.
