Mike saved Christmas! We had a horrible roof leak in our condo and, after taking out a lot of drywall to find the source, we found the roof was leaking right into the electrical wiring leading into the circuit break box. It seemed this had been going on for quite some time, as the circuits were all corroded. One of the breakers went out, and while fiddling with that, another went out, too. The circuits started sparking, so we ran out and turned off the main power for our unit.

My dad owns the unit and called almost 30 electricians, but no one would come out on Christmas Eve--except Mike! My dad got a hold of his son, Billy, but he wasn't available and referred us to his father, Mike. He came promptly at 8am on Christmas Eve, prepared with everything needed to fix the 40+ year old circuits and a great attitude. We were concerned he would walk away due to the water in the breakers, but he said ""No no, I'm not going to do that to you. We're gonna get this thing taken care of and get your power back on."" And that's exactly what he did! He dried it all out and replaced the breakers, re-installing everything neatly. He also installed a new GCFI ground receptacle for us.

If you need any electrical work done, I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his son Billy. They are Escondido natives who are competent, honest, and generally just decent people. I will be recommending them to all our local friends and family. 1,000,000/10!!!

Billy came out to inspect another electrician's work, expertly reviewed a number of issues I had identified, and never tried to upsell. I'm a UC engineering grad, and Billy satisfied me that he knows the technology thoroughly -- what issues are safety-critical, and what others are only a nuisance.
