Negative experience: 2 weeks ago I lost power in two of my bedrooms. A technician came to when my son was here and left after 15 minutes of unsupervised ""work"" telling him everything was fixed.
At my return I found exactly the problem. After calling daily for one week, the manager called back apologizing and came to re-diagnose the issue. He looked only at half of the sockets as potential cause without a final diagnosis. He gave me a only tentative diagnosis of a ""possible wire in the soffit"" short circuiting. He never saw any wire and told my insurance company the wires were 30 years old. For this reason my insurance declined covering the rewiring project.

DO NOT USE!!! I do not recommend using this company at all!! I had a scheduled apt. And they never showed up. When I initially set my apt. I asked if they would call me ahead of time, they said no, we guarantee we will be at your home. I called the contact number listed on there website 6 different times on the day of my apt before the arrival time as well as during the period of time they were SUPPOSE to be at my home with no answer or the ability to leave a message. They NEVER came! Do not waste your time and effort with this company!!!

I work from home and was thrilled to buy a ceiling fan for my office that was as good looking as it was functional. I wanted it installed by a licensed electrician - our house is our biggest asset next to our health, so why would I take a chance on risking either by messing with electricity?

I called Mr. Wireman and they sent Marvin Fuentes to do the work. I worked as he did the installation and I was impressed that he was organized and efficient. He picked up the pieces of the fan and light with respect of my possessions. I was struck by that.

Fast forward a few months and we finally purchased a light for our laundry room. The ballast of the fluorescent bulbs died (thankfully) and I bought a nice light fixture. Hubby kept saying that it was ""just"" a laundry room and I kept saying it was part of our house, so I wanted it to look good. I called Mr. Wireman to ask that Marvin install the light. Marvin held each piece of the fixture with care and installed the light. He made sure it was balanced and secure. I loved it!

A couple of weeks ago we replaced the pendant and sconces in front of our house. You know I called and asked for Marvin! When he was installing the pendant, we discovered a wasps' nest inside the fixture. I got a can of wasp and hornet spray and he used one quick spray to send a dozen or so wasps to the ground. Marvin removed the pendant and installed a new, wasp-free fixture in its place. He measured the sconce positions to make sure that they were in line with one another. He arranged his work so I could paint the wall before he installed the new, smaller sconces. They made the house look fabulous!

Today he installed matching sconces for each side of our overhead garage door. Marvin measured the space of each sconce to ensure they too were evenly installed and in line with the existing sconces. It's the height of summer but he was in our attic, running the wire. He didn't cut corners - he insulated the wire and did a neat, professional job. One of the sconces had a manufacturing defect and he secured it so that it was good to go! He goes above and beyond. And when he leaves, there's not a fastener or wire on the ground. He is organized and clean.

I learned that Marvin has a wife and sons who he adores. He coaches soccer. He cares about his sons' education and is proud of each of them. I also know that he takes pride in his work and gives his all to his projects. You know I'll call Mr. Wireman in the future because from Barbara, who handles the phone/office, to Lonnie who manages the business, I know I'm in good hands.

I've hired Mr Wireman Electric on October 10th for some simple electrical checkup, bulb replacement at difficult to reach areas in and around my house, and do any repairs if necessary.

They were late to arrive, but that is given with most contractors and service/repair companies.

They have done what was necessary. No repair was needed. When it was time to change the bulbs in the hanging ceiling light fixture at my porch, they notified me the fixture was rusted, and about to broke apart. They suggested me to buy a new fixture, and they would come back to install the fixture as soon as I buy the product.

They've charged $120 for the service and left.

After checking Home Depot and Lowe's, I realized neither one of them carry hanging ceiling light fixture at their stores. They have to be ordered online. I've placed my order and received the product within 3 days.

I called back to schedule the light fixture installation. Then the story started to unfold.

After I received the light fixture, I chased this company for about 5 weeks. They almost never returned my calls, I've had to call back, and hear an apology. We have scheduled the installation several times. They've stood me up several times, without a call back. Each time they missed their appointment, they kick the can a few days. Then stood me up or cancelled the installation. All these happened after the fact that I PAID THEM IN FULL on October 10.

Terrible experience, poor customer service. I wonder what their thought process is since there's so many competition around.

I hope my message reaches enough people.
