I cannot speak highly enough of David Warren who came to our house today to diagnose and repair a problem with our panel. We thought we were looking at having some dedicate lines run, but he diagnosed a problem with the way the circuits were wired in our panel. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am pleased to have finally found a company (and person) to handle my electrical needs!

There's obviously a reason that these guys have been voted best in Forsyth so many times! I called yesterday because we're in the process of buying a home and there were some concerns on our inspection report. I spoke to Chris the owner and he was incredibly kind, and he had one of their technicians out early this morning (the next day! how awesome!!) And because we are in the process of buying the home I wasn't able to be there when the technician came out, so when I got my invoice and had a concern, I called again and asked about it and Chris once again was so nice and went above and beyond to help me, even calling me to address the concern during his lunch break, which he definitely didn't have to do! I'm so thankful that not only were they so helpful and quick to address our concerns, but they're pricing was great. I will definitely be calling them first thing the next time I have an electrical issue.

We have used this awesome group of Electricians several times over the past 5 years while remodeling and updating our home in Buford. Chris, the owner, is very helpful and very involved in all areas of his business. The first time we used them, Mark Grizzle came out to do the work, and we loved working with him so much, that we've requested him each time we needed his thorough knowledge and professional demeanor. He's awesome, and he has always given us honest, sound advice and explains things in detail(several times, if necessary, for someone like ME to understand the process! We had an emergent issue with regards to our new electric dryer. From the time I called until Nick (technician) arrived was less than 30 minutes! Nick quickly diagnosed the problem, related to the wiring of the dryer. He documented it very well in the email invoice we received within minutes of his departure. The communication between Chris, at the ""home base"" and Nick was phenomenal. We've never had such efficient, effective service from an electrician. We will most certainly use Mr. Value Electricians again if we have any other electrical issues that need to be addressed. Good Job!!

They are knowledgeable in their field, but have flat rates that are a little overboard when it comes to minor problems. Choose someone else when it comes to fixing minor problems.

Bid of $600 for moving 2 switches and pulling some wire through the floor. He admitted it would not take 2 hours.

Let me tell you, this was not a value service. I was presented a flat rate charge of $247 to identify and fix a minor problem which turned to be a replacements of a circuit breaker switch and just a check of one electrical outlet. The electrician was nice and came earlier then expected BUT he was at my home less then an hour! Just as the electrician left I lost power again! He came back and told me not to plug it so many devices so I'm basicly on the same spot as I was before the electrician came...

We had multiple electricians quote us to install can lighting in the living room (with no access), and can lighting in the upstairs bathroom and closet (with access), Mr. Value Electricians came in by far with the most competitive pricing. I really appreciate how they call to let you know when they are on the way and text you updates.
