My fiance and I got Tom's information from someone on the West Covina Buzz Facebook Group. I texted him to get a quote, received a response within minutes, and he came over about 45 minutes later. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and was able to start the installation right away. He was able to install a wired ring doorbell and two wired cameras in a matter of hours that same day. We highly recommend Tom. He will give you his honest assessment and provide suggestions for the long term, too.
