I had Edward (Mr Fix It) come over to wire my Quiet Cool QC-4700 whole house fan that I installed myself. I needed a wall switch timer and a fan speed switch hardwired to my fan. The switch was mounted on a wall on my second floor with the fan mounted way up in the attic. Everything went perfect and worked as expected when he was finished. He took the time to clean up after himself before he left. Also, he looked into my wall panel to fix my home alarm after Uverse somehow screwed it up last month when they did some work when I upgraded my service. Uverse mistakely removed the phone line to my alarm unit not allowing it to communicate to my alarm provided. Edward redid part of their wiring to correct this. He did this for no extra charge!

Found Mr. Fix It on yelp. Called and talked to Ed regarding replacing a dishwasher at one my rental properties. Ed was easy to work with and did an excellent job. He called when he was on his way and when the job was completed. I will be calling Mr Fix it again in the future!

Mr. Fix It truly lives up to his name!!! He game me an estimate over the phone, stuck to it after the job was finished, and fixed our problem, which I thought was complex, in a little less than an hour. Furthermore he is very personable and easy to talk to. And if you're a ""nosey rosey"" like I am he is definitely a joy to work with. :) I will DEFINITELY be calling him for all of my electrical needs in the near to far off future. Mr Fix It has been my go to person for fixing electrical issues as well as ""handy man"" projects for my home and rental unit. He has always been courteous and his estimates have always been on point. I really like the ability to communicate to him via email and texts since I have a really busy schedule. I would definitely recommend him.

Edward installed LED recessed lighting and ceiling fan in my 100 year old house. He finished the job only when it was fully completed and to my satisfaction. I never had to worry about any details and nothing escaped his attention. I don't often write reviews, but Mr. Fix It has earned the high marks.

Customers please beware - I would not recommend Mr. Fix it as an electrician! Maybe he is great for other work but just had to have a professional electrician come out and fix the mess he left. We hired him after researching his almost perfect yelp reviews for installing a few lights/fans. He installed wireless switches - which was was not entirely explained clearly. Had problems with them less than 6 months later and after calling him to discuss the problem - let's just say it was not the customer service I expect. We took a personal recommendation to have someone else look at it - had to redo the whole thing leaving the professional puzzled on why the heck it was installed like that in the first place.

Was in need of a new breaker in my panel for the dryer...I called on Monday, he arrived on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part on-line and on Friday returned to install. Needless to say that having to call an electrician is never fun, but Edward made the experience a good one! We had lost power to half of our kitchen and I was unable to track down what the problem is. I know when to call it quits and call the professionals. I had found Edward on yelp and gave him a call.

He came by the next day, I was really impressed not only with his professionalism but he was also kind and easy to talk to (I like to ask a lot of questions as I am often curious about the processes of people doing things). He had tracked down the problem to a melted wire behind our break and he fixed it quick.

Edward truly lives up to the name Mr. Fix It, definitely the kind of guy you want on speed dial when something is wrong in your home!

Excellent work done by an honest professional - what more can a person want? Edward had to order the part for my less-than-2-year-old Kenmore dryer but was johnny-on-the-spot with install once the part came in. Reasonable prices, explained everything thoroughly and concisely. Also had him check out our doorbell, which has bit the dust. He was honest about his assessment and the fact that our doorbell was terminal with no hope of resuscitation, and he did it without charge. Excellent guy and I will definitely contact him again for any future work. Thanks, Edward!
