A shout out to Josh Mikels of Mister Electric of Winter Garden (he is a local too). (Remember when you review, each Mister Electric is a separate franchise) He is the owner and came out on an emergency basis (we were babysitting our grandkids), on his personal time, to help us yesterday, to fix subsequent damages caused by a Duke bad line. Duke, after initially not wanting to, actually came out to find there was a damaged line despite customer service saying there was no reason to come out. Boo, to Duke Energy. There was damage to the panel/breakers caused by the line and Josh fixed it. I can highly recommend Josh/Mister Electric as he was knowledgeable, personable, kept in touch with timelines, explained the entire issue and his prices were more than fair. Thank you, Josh.

If they quote you for a major issue like having to replace an electrical panel choose someone else. I'm sure small jobs are cool. Our ac broke and was shutting off the breaker so we went with them to get a diagnostic after speaking with an hvac company. They said we had to replace the whole electric panel (our house was built 2017). So being naive we agreed bc we have a baby and it was during the summer. We were told the service would take half a day around 4-6 hours. In total they were probably here only for an hour, which was kinda odd. After the service the ac was still broken. We also noticed a lot of our lights flickering and had some power surges in the middle of the day. After having someone look at it, some of the screws were loose. We ended up contacting hvac and it was an entirely different issue with our a/c. Overall felt like we were taken advantage of and don't recommend choosing them, at least for big projects. We were new to the area and trusted the google reviews.

Total cost was around 3,529, since they couldn't run Ethernet for us.

This is our second time using Mr Electric. Our service pro (Chris) was prompt, courteous and professional. Our ceiling fan installs came out great. Will definitely use Mr Electric for my future electrical needs. Thanks again!

Once again a fantastic job done by Chris from Mr Electric. This is the second time I used them for electrical work at my house. Chris was prompt and diagnosed the problem in minutes. I certainly recommend Mr Electric to anyone who needs electrical service @ their property. I will be calling them again to replace two ceiling fans. When Chris left there was more signs he was even there. When I used a different company for repair they did a crappy job patching the holes they made. Not the issue with Mr Electric, you couldn't tell he made any holes. Mr Electrics prices were also very reasonable. I certainly will call them for future projects.
