Peter was very professional on phone and sent a fantastic and very skilled technician ""Mike Riccio"" who arrived right on schedule, ascertained the issues promptly, and solved the problems hastily and efficiently with a positive demeanor and a smile on his face. he answered all of my questions as I don't know anything about electrical ecosystems except to throw a switch and occasionally screw in a light bulb! My lights were flickering so I scheduled a appointment with Mr. Electric who came out and told me I needed a new panel, and while we're here you need a smoke alarm in every room to be in ""compliance"". The price kept going up. Total cost was $6,700. I was told I would be without power until I could pay at least 50% of that. I called John Patterson , who immediately came to my place. Had me up and running in 15 minutes for the simple cost of a service call. Be careful who you call for service. I called for service on a Thursday afternoon , secured an appointment for Friday between 9 and 10 AM. Michael Riccio was the service man allocated to this project; he called me just before 10am to apologize for an unexpected delay, telling me he would be at my place a few minutes after 10.
I opened my front door to face a young, pleasant and courteous individual who introduced himself, and put on shoe liners before he stepped in.
Once inside, he requested a brief description of the existing electrical problem. he then proceeded to explain the protocol , which consisted of a diagnosis of the problem, followed by existing alternatives, ie.: repair the vanity light or replace it, while offering the corresponding fee for each process.
The work was done promptly, debris removed and carted away, all done while responding to my questions with a polite demeanor.
In conclusion: Excellent service, high quality value, fair pricing, friendly customer interaction.
I will be recommending Mr Electric of Palm Beach to my friends in the Senior Community without hesitation.
