Excellent service and staff. Our service tech, Caleb did a fantastic job hanging our new lighting. Caleb is very neat and organized. He even had shoe covers and put them on over his work shoes before entering our home.
I've already recommended this company to our son and daughter-in-law.
We will be using Mr Electrics services again in the future to do hang additional lighting.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric! We needed a new light fixture installed in a high ceiling stairway. We got a quote from another company that seemed a little steep and had been ghosted by other electrical companies in the past.

John and his colleague were right on time, gave us a fair quote, and finished the job quickly. I have some bigger electrical jobs coming and will definitely be calling them! Also, Rachel, who I communicated with on the phone is so nice and friendly!

Over charged $844.49 for 2 hours of work! I was charged $422.50 an hour! They added a low voltage line from my electrical box, pulled under my house, dug a trench 2.5ft to a post ( installed by my contractor) and mounted a box. It's so disappointing for a company to take advantage of its repeat customers in this way

Working with Caleb has been a pleasure. He listened thoughtfully to our questions, concerned, and goals and offered suggestions as to how to proceed with both exterior lighting and interior lighting enhancements enhancements. He took the time to notice other aspects of our lighting and suggested different bulbs. He promptly and nearly cleaned up any mess the work created.
The office staff are very helpful and polite. Mr Electric is one of the best businesses we use to keep our home secure and well serviced. I heartily endorse them to others.

Their prices are insane! They won't give you a quote over the phone. They have to come out to your house and then charge you $129-179 just to tell you a quote. After receiving an extremely high quote from them, I hired another reputable company in town to do the same work for a third of the price. They won't tell you the ""call-out"" fee over the phone, so you get forced into paying $129-179 for 5 mins of the electrician walking around and taking notes. I won't call them again.

Horrible customer service! I waited all morning for a appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks ago to find out from the answering service that it had been rescheduled to a different time. I did receive a call back from the office apologizing about the time difference and then was told a technician would be to my home before 12:30. Another call from the office was received to tell me then that someone would be to my home by 2:00. Even though I called for this estimate over two weeks ago I was never offered, after all of the time mistakes another convenient time slot. I am sure the technicians are great however I never got to meet them. Make sure when you make an appointment with this company that you follow up on your appointment time.

From my first contact with them, the receptionist (sorry don't remember her name) was very friendly, polite and accommodating. We were able to get someone out pretty quickly.

Jonathan arrived to give me a quote; he was prompt, courteous and innovative with his suggestions. After our walk through he told me he could go ahead and get started if I wanted him to. Yes please, yes!! Definitely wasn't expecting that.

After completion the inspector came out and said there was more work I needed done that I wasn't aware of. Jonathan came back to meet with me and the inspector (whew! Thank goodness) to do a walkthrough. Again, he stayed after, and got right to work.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this young man. He has been so very helpful. A breath of fresh air in all my dealings with contractors the last several months. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr.Electric, especially as long as Jonathan is on their team! I can't wait to finish up with my business so I can have him come out and work on my home. Absolute BEST in Savannah!

Mr. Electric sends professional, knowledgeable and courteous workers to my home every time. Sometimes I know just what I need, and sometimes I tell them about an issue I'm having. They are creative and know all the new products to help me. I wanted lights on when I got home, but didn't want them on all night, and they got me a super-cool switch for my front porch light.
