We had a scary event happen where a circuit breaker caught fire. We called Mr Electric and they were here within 3 hours. Oleg was outstanding and walked us through what happened as he was fixing the problems. Could not have asked for a better outcome and the pricing was reasonable. Thank you!!

Let's start with the positive they did so up. That's pretty much it

I was having an issue with my fridge tripping my GFCI. We brought a new fridge and it was tripping the plug. They came out and did nothing. No inspection on my outlets, didn't even look at my panel box. The tech seemed like he didn't want to be there. I told him what was going and they suggested we also run a dedicated 20 amp circuit to the refrigerator. How can you just determine that by me explaining what is going on and not inspecting anything. I mean he didn't even have any tools with him.

They sent me a quote to run it in the attic. I call the office and asked if I could get a quote to run the line on the exterior of the home. Owner called and let me know once he talks to his tech they will give me a quote.

About an hour later I was outside, I see there van back. Tech didn't even come over to me to talk, I had to go to him to ask what he was doing back here. I was expecting a call/email for the exterior quote. He didn't say much and then just drove off. A quote was emailed to me.

When me and my wife thought more about it, the kitchen had been remodeled and where the original fridge was it did have a dedicated circuit. But the homeowners we bought it from tied it into a GFCI circuit after the remodel.

We did eventually repair the outlets and now the fridge works fine.

Maybe this is was a one off due to the tech just having a bad day. But first impressions are important. Not sure if I need any electrical help in the future I would even reach out to them.

Response to owner comment. I was offer the check list as he was walking out the door. It wasn't his first priority to even offer it to me. I'm sure he forgot and last minute offered it. Laughable.

Had a problem with the outlet that powers our AC and Furnace. Mr. Electric was here the next day and got all handled in no time.

I received a phone call from the owner. I find it interesting that he claims that I made multiple comments about the ballpark figure being too high. I was never given a final quote. I was told on the phone that he needed to talk to the technician to finalize the quote and the technician would be calling me. I also called the next day saying I wanted the quote and had not heard from the technician. I wanted to understand what was included and why the ballpark figure was so high. Don't make excuses for not following through. It worked out for me because after I didn't get a response from Mr. Electric, I was able to have an electrician come out, go buy the parts, and complete the job in 2 hours. I wasted a week and a half waiting for Mr. Electric to give me a quote which I never received.

Update: To be completely fair, I should mention that not all Mr. Electric electricians are equal! I had a great Experience with additional people from there, but then a very poor one with One named Matt, Who I could not recommend. Just ask for who you want

Today (15 Jan 2021) Steven Vaugh came to my house to install my new kitchen light fixture. He did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind and respectful young professional. These days it is rare to have someone take pride in their work. Keep up the good work Steven, you are an asset to your company.

Smud sent out Mr. Electric for my grandma's breaker box and they quoted her almost 8k for a whole new box etc. a total fraud to a senior citizen!!!! We had two separate other companies come out and everything was just fine just loose wires. Trying to take advantage of people!!!! Do NOT TRUST this company!!! Get second opinions!!!

Great company. Company is professional and schedule isn't terrible. Tech that came out was put together, knowledgeable, and personal. After the panel inspection, I knew I wasn't getting ripped off or scammed for more work than I needed. Will be scheduling my replacement soon and will be keeping their card for further electrical needs. Highly recommended!

got really great service! After confusing* Mr. Electric for another company, I was happy to get an honest, accurate, pleasant estimate...

I cant name names (it was Steven) arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment (bonus points++)...

After confusing him for another company, I felt so bad that I hired him to rewire my entire house... just kidding...

I really did not need their work right now so the unnamed Mr Electric recommended he do nothing... there are many tradesmen who will say you need unnecessary work... not Mr. Electric!

Cant divulge his identity but the electrician is a G*d D@mn American Hero...

I called his company for a inspection quote on an older house the corporate office explain to me that would be about $300 shortly afterwards I get a call from the local office telling me it's gonna be over $500 I don't trust the company that's going to increase their price $200 and not honor their initial price quote. I recommend you stay away from this company since they overcharge you for a job that hasn't even been completed and misquoteyou on prices that haven't even been paid. Unprofessional, liars, and greedy thrives only out to get money and not be transparent about it.
