This is the first time I've had to hire an electrician to come to my home. Glenn H with Mr. Electric came out and walked my property with me as I discussed what I had in mind and what I wanted. The work included adding an exterior 120 plug near an outside gate for a gate opener, a large RV center including a 50 amp, 30 amp and two 120 plugs and an flood light to the corner of my house. I also wanted my landscape / up lights fixed and add a sensor to turn the off and on as the sun goes up and down. Not only did he do exactly what I wanted, he went past my expectations. The work was done thoroughly and exceeded what I was thinking off. I am thrilled with the work that was done and will only use Mr. Electric North Tarrant from here on out. The tech (Glenn) was clean cut and very professional. He put everything back where it belonged and even swept out my garage when he was finished. Class act, highly recommend this company and the technician to anyone that needs work to their home!!

The Tech gave me weird vibes like he didn't want to do the job. I needed an outlet installed. He spent 20-30 minutes talking to himself then started the job. He left a mess at the house but the job was done. I cleaned up the area after he left and thought oh well guess this is how this company operates. The weekend approaches and I was cleaning the floors and found some white stuff on the floor in our master bedroom. Looked all around then I found a hole about 3 inches long drilled through the wall. Im pretty handy and we all make a mistake now and then. So I called and reported it but was okay with doing the drywall repair myself. The operator insisted a Supervisor call and talk to me... Well that never happened. More upset that they do the damage, I tell them I will do the repairs, but don't continue the bad service with a false hope of actually you CARE what kind of product you put out. Beware!!! Mr. Electric don't call or write offering a refund or coupon. Don't want you near my house.

My first experience with Mr. Electric was a referral through Home Depot when I had some ceiling fans installed last year. Bill was the electrician and he did an excellent job. He stayed late, got the job done right even after coming from two other long jobs earlier that day. I appreciated his attention to quality in the installation.

But my experience today really did it for me. Another electrician named Todd came over to change out some power outlets and some other minor repairs. Basically, I had a very serious 3rd round job video interview today that I didn't know how long it would take. He finished up most of the work but one part of it was in the room I was video interviewing in. When I finished the interview he politely asked me how it went and then I asked him if he had to wait to get into the room. He said it was just a few minutes, no big deal.

After Todd finished up (did a great job too by the way) and after he left, the baby sitter I had in the house who was watching my son, said that Todd had actually waited an hour, just because he didn't want to interrupt my interview. Just for some background, I've been job searching for 6 months and this was the first really serious interview I've had in that process. It means the world to my family. I really needed to be focused and the way he did the job today made that possible.

Unbelievable. That is an act of kindness, customer service, patience, that I just don't see anymore in business. I'm impressed. He was too humble to even say a word about it. I'm preparing to move away from Dallas but am well connected in the area and will be CONSISTENTLY referring my friends and family to this business.
