Mr. Electric came in on 12/19/2023 to install my double oven,
cooktop and reestablish electric to my kitchen. He stated
Lowe's sold either the wrong cabinet or wrong oven and he
would have to modify it, the cost for all, which included the
cooktop and electric would be 1045.00. I agreed because
this has been a nightmare. First, when he returned today
12/21/23 I heard loud arguing from the kitchen. He and his
helper were disagreeing with the helper saying that's not
going to work but its your job. When I reminded him about
the cooktop and other issues, he said, that's going to cost
more. I refused because we agreed on a price, he said I
know but I was concentrating only on the oven. I called my
husband who said, no, he gave us his price, he can leave

Completly handled all the work scheduled in a very calm manner.The Tech was very professional & knowledgeable. Observed all safety measures. It was obvious that the Tech takes pride in his work. He answered any questions without a hesitation.
The value was a fair price and totally worth it. There was a lot to do and it seemed to be so effortless for him.
We are so proud to have this project completed and feel very secure about it.
We definitely recommend Mr. Electric of Middle Georgia!!!

Mr. Electric of Middle Georgia if your technician is off by a couple hundred bucks, that's one thing. If he's off by $2,500 that's scandalous. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS. I got the work done myself for $200. My electrician friends told me it shouldn't be more than $1,500. Mr. ELECTRIC wanted $4,888!!! MADNESS, INCOMPETENCE or CRIMINAL FRAUD!

They were so helpful. We had a limited timeframe. And they were able to fit us in. The electrician was great even under such extreme heat in the garage.

You might have to call 1-2 weeks in advanced of the date you need service needed. They are busy and I can see why. Once the licensed electrician made it to the house, he was profesional, very very throughout and explained everything that was going on (even twice if I didn't quite get it the first time). He fixed every concerned I had around the house and he was very knowledgeable. (This was for service on a 1950s house, with mostly 1950s wiring).

This company has done several projects around my house including some custom wiring and switch installs that are fabulous. Their prices are very reasonable and if they give a quote it's always worst case scenerio and often ends up being cheaper. They also changed some bulbs in our entrance that has a 30 foot ceiling, something that would have been dangerous for me to do. They fixed two closet lights that the florescent fixture itself was bad and the converted them to new LED lights and they all rock. They also did a custom switch on the side of my vent hood exhaust over my stove that turned out great. They installed two nest wifi smart thermostats that can be adjust from our smart phones or by voice with as Alexa!! I'd reccomend them to anyone, they are great.

We called this company because of all the great reviews. They did the work in a timely manor, however their prices are outrageous. I am not sure if they charged a lot because I am a out of town landlord or because I told them that I run a property management company. They charged $254.17 to replace an electrical outlet! This was a regular outlet. He explained that he had to drive over (in Macon already) to take a look and then had to pickup a outlet because he didn't have one on his truck. What electrician don't carry regular outlets on their truck? We have over 76 plus properties under management and never have I had anyone to charge that much and we are based out of Atlanta. We paid this time because we wanted to get this tenant's issue taken care of however we will do as many reviews as possible to warn people about their prices. The work was timely and good but they should be ashamed of what they charged.

The customer service is excellent!

I am installing landscape lighting and needed an estimate. I called late on Thurs evening and got an answering service that said they were closed for the day but would leave a message for the morning. Within 10 minutes someone from Mr. Electric called me to make contact and let me know that the office would contact me in the morning. On Friday morning I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for Monday.

Taylor was prompt, polite and very detailed. He is very knowledgeable and made suggestions to ensure the end result is what I was envisioning. He provided a written quote before he left. Based upon the great customer service I will schedule the work with Mr. Electric.
