This company is a disaster. Came out two weeks ago to install a security light and to schedule a second appointment to replace ceiling lights. Two days later, the security light did not work. Called back and they were to come today to correct this and to do the second job. Was told they would be here at 8:30, then later 12:00. No show. When we called to inquire, they said they had no record. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After originally dealing with a negative service call situation, Bill (owner of Mr. Electric), contacted me and was very generous in offering his suggestions/help to my husband for potential future electrical needs. Furthermore, he offered to give a discount toward the original service invoice in order to make the situation right and keep our future business. Bill was very sympathetic and understanding to my concerns and went above and beyond to rectify the bad situation. In addition, he pointed out for customers to always look for coupons online in order to save additional money. Thank you for turning the situation into a positive one!

Dennis Thomas with Mr. Electric was sent to look at some lighting issues for our neighborhood mailbox area. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgable and resolved the problem quickly.

This company is a complete rip off. They spent not even 30 minutes working on a fan that was already installed. We were told an estimate would be given prior to any work starting and that didn't occur. They charged us for a fan install because they had to take it down to get to the connecting wires, used one light switch off their truck and didn't even work the $29 service fee into the work performed. The total bill for 30 minutes was $306. Steer clear of this outfit unless you like wasting money.

My parents requested a visit from Brian who works at Mr. Electric. He helped us with a lot of things in our house such as setting up the microwave, changing our kitchen lights, and most of all, discovered a major problem with our breaker. He gave us suggestions regarding our breaker and we are so glad that he was able to discover that problem. Otherwise, it would've caused a major issue for our house. He's a really patient and nice individual and we will call him again and from Mr. Electric. Overall, the service was the best!

I have a rental house and chose Mr. Electric to inspect and repair my house's electric needs after seeing positive reviews on Trust Dale. They live up to and even exceed the hype. My electrician, Brian Stack, was both knowledgeable and personable. He worked with me to figure out the safest and cost effective way to repair the issue I had with replacing the old fuse box that was in my house from 1961. He also went out of his way to help me with several small odd jobs involving the electrical system of the house at no cost. They guarantee the workmanship for 10 years and parts for 2 years. I can now rest easy as a landlord knowing I chose Mr. Electric for my electrician needs and highly recommend them.

I contacted Mr. Electric on a Wednesday afternoon and had a technician scheduled to be at my home the next morning between 8AM and 11AM. The next morning at approximately 10 minutes to 8, Brian Stack from Mr. Electric was at my front door. I was dreading the cost of having electrical work done on the home that I am renovating due to amount of work that would be necessary. I knew there would be many issues due to the previous owner doing some DIY wiring work that was questionable at best. Brian was very pleasant, asked a number of questions, and jumped right in diagnosing and then providing me with a cost estimate. I am a budget and discount kinda of guy and of course wish the estimate was less than what it was. But Brian explained all options and provided me with necessary information so that I could make a informed decision on what work that I needed to have performed. In reality, the quote was more than reasonable (I did a little research on internet) and that the cost would probably be difficult to beat this particular quote. Brian went to work and spent a few hours baking in the hot sun outside my home to repair my electrical issue. Then, he came inside and went above and beyond and fixed a couple of issues inside my home. I have dealt with many contractors while renovating this house. Brian Stack was the best that I have yet to deal with. I'm not easily impressed, but Brian, you have my trust and I will be calling you again soon to have additional work done. If Brian is typical of Mr. Electric, I highly recommend you seriously consider them for any electrical work you may need.

Once a fool, never be a fool again. they charged me $300 for changing the switch that took him only 10 minutes. I felt robbed and never use them again. I regret I did not read their reviews earlier. You should not be in business for very long term if you fool people like that in tioday's technology world.

This is the 2nd time we have used Mr. Electric Both times were excellent. Today we had Tony G. from Mr. Electric perform some work for us. They called and came when expected. Tony was personable and polite. He explained everything to us and worked quickly to resolve the issues. Very easy. We would definitely use this company again.
