My garbage disposal did not turn on , there was no issue with the sinkerator.
Mr Electric service was very efficient, & quick . The technician knew the exact problem & fixed it. He replaced the circuit breaker for the kitchen disposer& it's working fine.

Full Disclosure: i didn't let them do the work, but they did charge me $50 for a estimate that was supposed to have the fee wave. They're apart of Mr. Rooter and these companies place sales quotas on their technicians to make a $1000 a day.

The technician basically tried to scare me to pay almost $900 which was the discounted price after his initial $1500 estimate for a simple job that ultimately I got done for less than $350.

Ignore their responsive unless you need someone that day in a pinch.

An electrician came to our home for a (paid) assessment for some electrical work we are needing. While he showed up on time, this visit was well over a month ago, and we cannot get them to send us the promised quote despite follow-up calls and e-mails trying to obtain it. We essentially wasted the money on the assessment simply because we cannot get the actual quote for requested work. Would not recommend this business. There are plenty of other quality electricians with follow through.

Just called Mr. Electric & asked if they install the Ring device. The lady who answered the phone said she wasn't sure what that meant? Mmkay. My search continues even though their website says they install Ring devices.

We needed a ceiling fan installed but our Electrician, Jordon, found some switches in our box that could go bad eventually. He cleaned up the box and even put in a whole house surge protector. He is a professional that looks out for the best interest of his clients. I will always use Mr Electric for my electrical needs.

They've done 2 jobs for me. Although their prices are a little in the high side IMHO, their service has been responsive and their techs very efficient.

Tried to schedule service for today because we had an emergency. After asking a few basic questions and trying to sort a time for them to come, the answering woman refused to schedule service and literally hung up on me, super bizarre. Sounds like they are not the professionals we are looking for.

I called Mr Electric to inspect the electrical outlet for my dryer as it was not getting power. The electrician came out, looked at the outlet, and said it was working fine and that the issue was not related to the outlet. He charged me $49.95. I live in a new construction neighborhood, and the builder happened to be on site the next week. I spoke to their construction manager about my issue and he had one of his crew look at the outlet. They could immediately see it was a faulty outlet. The builder replaced the outlet (took 10 minutes) and the issue was fixed. I called Mr Electric back and I requested a refund of my $49.95 as they had mis-diagnosed the issue. The person on the phone took down my information and said the manager would be in contact with me, but he/she never got in touch.

I think it was the electrician's responsibility to properly inspect the outlet and see if it was providing adequate power to the dryer unit. He failed to do so, and the issue was directly related to the faulty outlet. I don't think I should have to pay almost $50 for that.
