Everything with Mr Electric and Mr Rooter has been seamless. From ease of scheduling, to punctuality and knowledgeability of their teams, they have done great work for us. Starting with a busted main water line and a couple outlets that didn't work...Ashley identified a number of items that needed to be addressed as preventive maintenance and to protect our home and explained everything in detail. He came a second time to do all that and worked nonstop with breaks only to show me things he had found and explain what he was doing. He is a real expert, respectful and trustworthy. We are not calling anyone else ever. Thank you, Ashley!

I need to update my review of Mr. Electric. Like I mentioned before I felt that I was extremely overcharged for the work that was done at my house. I spoke with the owner of the Mr. Electric in Roswell, GA and he agreed and we came to a good conclusion. I will use them again because their management was willing to admit a mistake and talk it over with me, and that I do appreciate. I would also recommend anyone else that has an issue to give them a call and they will work with you.

The owner/general manager proactively contacted me recently to rectify an invoice issue I had with Mr Electric. I have to say, that rarely happens in business. It says a lot about their ethics. Thus I am giving this business 5 stars for taking the high road. Thank you Mr. Electric!

Saw their truck at our neighbors across the street. Called the office asked if it he was able to walk across the street when he was finished and see of he could hand one ceiling fan. He did come over, said it would be one sixty. I asked why so much, was told there is a dispatch fee. I said you walked across the street. He grinned and said yea I should remove that charge. It ended up being hundred forty. Good work, really over priced. Oh well fans in the ceiling.

My parents who are in their late 80s had Mr Electric service their home via a Home Depot referral. They replaced a light fixture and fuses and charged $1100. But did not not provide itemized receipts. They stated that the electrical system was up to code. Yet after they left, 2 outlets did not function and the system has voltage fluctuations . Will not be using Mr. Electric again.

I had called over the weekend and was unable to get a technician out - due to confusion on both ends. The office was so nice and made sure that I had someone straight away on Monday. Jason M. was the technician that came out. He had to get a key from my Mom downstairs. He was so polite and kind. He rang me up and let me know he was there. I explained my problems and told him that i did not have much money and needed to just get at least my kitchen back up an running. He was very understanding and said that he would be back in touch once he found the root of the problem. Within an hour he had returned the call and explained the issues and gave me a very fair price. He was honest, kind and really nice. I am so pleased. I think Mr. Electric is lucky to have him as an employee. I will call again for any electric needs in the future!

I called this morning at 10:30 and was told an electrician would be at my house between 1 and 4 today. I called back at 4:05 because no one had showed up nor had anyone attempted to call me to reschedule or provide an update. I asked the answering service for Mr. Electric to cancel my service call. At 4:12, Tiffany called me to apologize and said she had someone ending a service call in my area and I would be next. At 4:21, Tiffany called me to inform me that she was sorry, it was a plumber who had freed up and not an electrician. I told her that I was not dealing with this ""stuff"" and asked to have my appointment cancelled.

These are the facts.

My recommendation, I would advise contacting an electrical company that is more considerate of your time, if that is important to you.
