Needed some outlets upgraded to 20 amp, an outside outlet, and an upgraded panel. The quote was great, and the electrician, Joshua, was quick, efficient, timely, and great! Work was completed before estimated completion time. No issues at all.

Cannot praise the electrician and Mr. Electric of Mckinney enough. Would use and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Tuesday comes around and I confirm my appointment for Wednesday. So I take the day off work to make sure I'm there from 12 - 4 as was confirmed. 2:45 comes around and a get a call that they are too busy and have to cancel. I tell them I took off work for this! He says sorry and he'll try and reschedule for Saturday. I have been waiting for two hours and they haven't called me back! I lost a lot of money taking off work and for nothing! They didn't even try to reschedule. Horribly unprofessional. 0 stars.

I called several companies to have a Tesla charger installed and I went with Mr Electric of Mckinney. I am so glad I did as well. Jeff did a fantastic job and was courteous from the start! I asked so many questions while he was working but he was patient while he answered them.

I'm pleased with the outcome of the job and how neatly it looks. He completed the warranty paperwork and set up the charger on the WiFi.

A+++ service. I definitely recommend Mr Electric of McKinney and I will call them for all future electrical needs.

Uber expensive. Also, they charged me just to come out and look at the job I needed done. I made the appointment with a live body and they did not bother telling me there was a trip charge. No other company charged a trip charge.

Had a problem with some can lights in my kitchen, which were burning out regularly, and I thought there was a wiring problem. Found these folks through Angie's List; Mike came out quickly and figured out the issue immediately - showed me the problem, and fixed it all within about 30 minutes (had to replace a bunch of lights). I would highly recommend these folks.

I have used Mr. Electric of McKenny for a number of projects on both my home and a rental property in Plano. I could not be more happy with their service and professionalism. Just today Rusty and Jamie came out to look at an electrical issue at my home. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Great work, clean up and both Rusty and Jamie are great people. You just know they both care about doing a great job for their customers. I have worked with James also who is a real pro as well. When I first used them at my rental property to replace a full electrical panel, the City of Plano inspector said it was one of the best panel installs he had seen. Everything installed very neat and organized. Just wanted to recognize their great service as I know how hard it is to find company's you can trust. Mr. Electric of McKenny with James, Rusty and Jamie is a company you can have confidence in.

DONT USE MR ELECTRIC MCKINNEY. You will only be shocked. I had a very simple job and requested a quote. This guy named Michael comes out and gives me a quote for almost $1,200.00. It was completely ridiculous and this guy tells me I am going to pay the same no matter what licensed electrician I call. After Michael got the hell out of my house the first electrical company I called guaranteed that they would do the same identical job for $ 279.00. That is proof positive that Mr Electric is ripping people off.

I am a returning customer of Mr. Electric. Jamie and Rusty arrived in masks and completed a light fixture replacement. They were on time, quick, and even cleaned up! The same team replaced 3 ceiling fans earlier this year, and did an amazing job.

On a side note, they noticed my husband left his gas cap open. They closed it, and I appreciated their help.

I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who wants an insured electrician to provide service! Ask for Rusty & Jamie. They are a husband and wife team, and go over and beyond!
