I was happy with the electrician, very professional and polite. however I called the office for a quote. the person who answered said they come out to review the job for free in order to give me an accurate quote. once here I was informed it required $209 dollars to give me an accurate quote. this is bait and switch and is a terrible strategy for any company looking to build trust and community reputation. the leadership should be ashamed.

He is very knowledgeable, thorough w his work, professional and had a great attitude.
Xavier's work was completed w care and he left our home in clean condition.

Mr. Electric also kept us informed when he arrived at our home as well.

Seth from Mr. Electric completed several electrical projects at my house. He was courteous, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very professional in his approach to the various projects in my 40 year old home. He advised me of potential electrical issues in certain areas and suggested alternate fixes. He was very cost conscious, which I really appreciated.

Ashley who fields the phones is the perfect upfront person for the business. In my several calls to and from the office, she is always cheerful and professional. She makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely call them for my next electrical projects.

Company was super responsive, could even get me same day. I love the feature that they tell you who is coming out and shows you a picture. This immediately put my mind at ease about a stranger coming into my home. Once Rod was out he was very respectful, made sure I understood, and always seeing if I had any other questions. He even vacuumed up any mess left behind him. Right after he left the office immediately called to make sure everything went well, and make sure I had no problems with Rod. This was all around outstanding service, yes you may pay a little more than other companies however ask yourself what kind of service do you want to invite into your home? I am already lining up my next project with Mr Electric.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Electric! From the receptionist to the service man, I was treated with respect, listened to and helped appropriately. Communication is excellent. Sean arrived on time with everything necessary to complete the job. The job was to install a chandelier in a foyer with a 20 foot ceiling, no easy task! Sean gave me great tips, did the job perfectly, and even fixed a couple of other problems we had. And he dusted a windowsill 18 feet high while the scaffolding was up. He also changed out some lightbulbs up there for me. The job was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up when he left. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call Mr. Electric for all my needs in this area!

The office called to let me know that Jake was on the way to our home. When he arrived, we discussed the problem with one of our lighting fixtures. He diagnosed and repaired it right away. I asked about another issue with a fluorescent bulb in our pantry, and he suggested I replace the ballast and the bulb right away. These two repairs have made a huge difference in our enjoyment of our home. He also made a few recommendations that are likely to save us money on our electric bills. We are delighted with the expertise, quality, and responsiveness of Mr. Electric and will definitely give them a call to meet our electrical repair needs in the future.

Actually it was the Tampa branch of Mr Electric that did the work - John. Showed up on time did exactly what I wanted (ran power from my hard wired smoke detector and installed ceiling fan into concrete ceiling where there was no previous electric in ceiling). Clean lines and good overall workmanship. Cleaned the mess before leaving also. Would recommend and use again.

We paid to have a ceiling fixture put in and was told we needed grounding rods for the outside box and we needed to replace the system the quote they gave us was $3000 higher than anybody else I had them fix the grounding and the fixture but later I had another electrician came by we found out that Mr Electric did both of them incorrectly and we had to have it re-done and fixed correctly these people have no clue what they're doing they are not doing things right and overcharging people. They should not be in business the new electrical told me to report them but not sure yet if I will but I will Never use them again and I am telling everybody all over social media how we've been screwed by Mr. electric.
Addition: Now they are trying to tell everyone I am not a customer, this is despicable and shows the true nature of this business it was done in December 2019
