Offers a ""complimentary"" analysis on your home and bound and determined to find a lot of issues. They give you a hard sell. Have used on two different properties and it is the same story. My home was going to burn in flames if I didn't get everything fixed. Believe Service men are pressured to give you a hard sell. I will never use them again.

This was our second shot with this company, and we declined both times. They are incredibly overpriced for the services we needed. They also gave me 12 minutes to respond to their initial service request to come onsite which is unacceptable. So, we were placed back in queue. The electrician sent was the same one both times. He's great - not knocking him. The first quote was to replace a foyer light. The minimum cost was $2700 going up to $4500. Another electrician did it for $450. The electrician couldn't make his own decision. Everything was on the phone to his management. The second shot at it was installing a circuit box for a newly installed gas cooktop. He had to read the install manual which is good but also concerning a touch. Everyone has to learn though plus he was being thorough. Again, great guy. Estimate was $1100. I'm sorry. Most times what you pay for is what you get. But, with as many other reputable electricians in the area and experience on overpricing with this company, this will be the last time we attempt to use this company. Everything we've had done with other electricians passed code.

The technician, Izac, that came to my home today was very professional and very knowledgeable! He also made me aware of other issues that had previously been overlooked and let us knew what we could do to fix them (even the same day). He told us about the ability to lower the cost if we wanted to sign up with a membership given the fact that we had several tasks already planned, so that it would actually work out cheaper for us. They have always been very quick and professional, and I highly recommend them!

We've used this company twice with great results each time. They are very professional. You know who's coming to your house before they arrive. You'll receive a phone call about 30 minutes before they arrive, then a text message with their resume and a photo. They use protective footwear and a drop cloth for overhead work. They will do a complete safety inspection and a written report. Our technician was Josh and he was outstanding!
I will only use this company in the future and I highly recommend them.

Had a laundry list of items needing an electrician's attention. Partially working garage overheads, partially working under cabinet lighting, various inoperable switches and pool grounding.

Scheduling Mr Electric was easy and tailored to our schedule. They were on time; performed an assessment and then sat down to discuss our needed work, as well as other items. Prices were all itemized with zero pressure sales pitch.

Once we agreed to the items and the price, work started. It was done very professionally, neatly with zero shortcut. I admire Mr Electric's professionalism and willing to pay for work done right the first time. All service industries that back their work, have benefits for their employees, and take as long as needed to do the job right are worth the money in my opinion.

My pool timer burned up. Mr. Electric came out same day, which we appreciated. But the estimate was $3800...so I looked on eBay and found the part for $78 delivered. My husband installed it in 30 minutes. $3722 saved. You judge.

Very Disappointed. Kitchen light went out and I called Mr. Electric, as I have in the past on a Monday and scheduled it for Thursday. I was told that they would be out between 9-3 and they would call 30 minutes out. Thursday at 2 I called to advise I had not heard from anyone and time was closing as I would not be available after the 3pm dead line.

I was told by Megan that there had been several emergencies and they were not going to make my appointment - WHAT? I was on hold and heard their advertisement that they were always on time and they would call if they were going to be late - lol.

We were home all day from 9 to when I CALLED waiting. No call that there had been several emergencies.
