We had them come out to change out light bulbs in our office. Light bulbs that we provided. There were 6 of them. Our invoice was over $1200. To change six light bulbs. I'm appalled and will not use them again.

The process from start to finish was smooth, easy, and Mr Electric was able to get Baylon to my house within hours of the phone call. Baylon was on time, very communicative, friendly, Informative, and his work was top of the line. Baylon also did a whole home electrical inspection which is something Mr Electric just does I believe, and he found a few things I was unaware of from my home inspection. The amount of work that was done in one day was quite impressive! Quality/price/speed/Baylon all 5 stars!

They took Advantage of my mother who was at home for when I was at work when I needed something done. They charged over $300 for something a that should've cost half. I've had previous electritions who weren't free for this job do twice as much work at my house and was way less. Shop around

Main fuse blew in my house and I needed it replaced ASAP. Called Mr. Electric and they were able to come out the same day. They ran less than 5 minutes of ""diagnostics"" just to tell me what I already knew and that cost me $200. They provided a quote on the repair and I was shocked at the cost. I called around to other electricians in town and was able to find a licensed and reputable company for $2,000 less and they were able to come out and get the repairs done the same day. After speaking with numerous electricians that day, I found out Mr. Electric is known to charge a lot more than other companies for the same repairs. They almost got me since I was between a rock and a hard place and they could make the repairs the same day. Make sure to call around before you sign up for Mr. Electric to complete any repairs for you.

I have been using Mr Electric on various occasions over the past 10 years. Appointments are easy to make, and they always show up at the proper time. Their electricians are very knowledgeable and have always completed their work perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them

Seems scripted that your home isn't safe & for price of small car they can make it perfect . Second time got estimate for 2 different projects , higher then most . On BBB read exact issue they say we have from 6 months ago , the price was 1/3 of my estimate & we have small home . Tech was sent for retraining in BBB solution & money given back for service call . Offers a ""complimentary"" analysis on your home and bound and determined to find a lot of issues. They give you a hard sell. Have used on two different properties and it is the same story. My home was going to burn in flames if I didn't get everything fixed. Believe Service men are pressured to give you a hard sell. I will never use them again.

This was our second shot with this company, and we declined both times. They are incredibly overpriced for the services we needed. They also gave me 12 minutes to respond to their initial service request to come onsite which is unacceptable. So, we were placed back in queue. The electrician sent was the same one both times. He's great - not knocking him. The first quote was to replace a foyer light. The minimum cost was $2700 going up to $4500. Another electrician did it for $450. The electrician couldn't make his own decision. Everything was on the phone to his management. The second shot at it was installing a circuit box for a newly installed gas cooktop. He had to read the install manual which is good but also concerning a touch. Everyone has to learn though plus he was being thorough. Again, great guy. Estimate was $1100. I'm sorry. Most times what you pay for is what you get. But, with as many other reputable electricians in the area and experience on overpricing with this company, this will be the last time we attempt to use this company. Everything we've had done with other electricians passed code.
