No & h8ll to the no. Apparently, it's perfectly okay to do a no call-no show to a 1st time customer. You get 1 chance to impress me & you blew bigtime! Yesterday morning, I spoke with a young lady at 7:48am. I told her of my kitchen electrical problem & she scheduled me an appointment for TODAY for 11:00am. I was texted 3 times yesterday to remind me of my appointment. Gee-guess who did NOT show up? Guess who did NOT even give me a courtesy call of maybe running late or forgetting the appointment? Gee-guess who will never ever recommend your business to anyone ever!
EDIT: Your guy shows up today at 2pm all smiles! I was NOT in the mood. I told him that HIS appointment with me was at 11am & again, no call no show. HE kept insisting that it was 2pm & that he was here now & he could still do the estimate etc. I said no again. I told him that I was given an 11am appt by your office staff. There is absolutely no way in heck that I'd agree to a 2pm appointment because that's when I would've gotten my son from school. So, this itself tells me that YOU knew YOU screwed & tried to play it off-to try & take me for a fool.
He said that he lived locally & could still do it anytime. I still said no. We talked about 'reviews.' He hoped that I wouldn't give him a bad review. I told him that I had done my research on your business & you had good reviews, so that's why I called.

I requested for someone to come out to hook up electrical to our office trailer. I was told I would get a call when the tech was enroute. Tech showed up with out calling and three of us watched him pee in our parking lot. Over he verified he was at the right place he did something on the IPad and we received a text message. Once he took the needed he said it would be an hour and he would have the quote to me. That was on Tuesday and now it's Thursday and I have called them three times and each time I was told that they would get it sent over. As of 0742 on Thursday I have no estimate. If the employee tells us it's slow for them right now maybe this is why.
