Called to replace a breaker. Guys arrived within the time frame given and were advised of the problem.After checking things out, they stated the cost would be approx. $362.00. When asked about the high price, they advised that a diagnostic test was required and that cost $225.00 and replacing the breaker would be $117.00. I agreed, as we needed it fixed. Several minutes later they returned and said the new breaker would not hold, requiring more work. I declined and they replaced the old breaker. My neighbor called his electrician, who responded in less than and hour, looked at the breaker, switched it off, then back one and presto, it held and no new breaker was needed. Night and day experience to work and price. Mr Electric should had stated that they required a diagnostic was required before they did any work to the to prevnet stick shock. This test wasn't needed (per the other electrician) and appeared to be a scam to charge for more ""needed"" work. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Mr. Electric and look elsewhere.

Ben S and his helper were fast to the job. Came when they said they would and worked hard to get the jobs done. He fixed several items for us and helped us find the best products and solutions to every need. Fixed outdoor outlets that had quit working, installed a surge protector, set up a ring camera and flood light system over the garage, installed a bathroom outlet, installed a ceiling fan. It all looks great! Friendly and fair prices. Highly recommend!

Mike was very professional. he provided me with solutions to the issue we were having. We decided to follow through with one of his quotes and replaced the panel. not only was it the price fairly priced. the work that was performed was not only to code but the craftsman ship of the work blew the e Sistine out of the water. the panel was much more organized ,labeled correctly the inside was very neatly done and did not look like a rats nest. we are very pleased with the work they performed and in a timely manner from start to inspection to finish product.
