My experience with Mr. Electric was top-notch.

I had the best experience with Jayce when he came to help me with my electrical issues. He came to install an outside light and move my dining room light. While at my house he took his time to thoroughly research and find out why two of my outlets weren't working in my 1978 house. He also installed a new light over my sink and a new GFI outlet in my kitchen. He also pointed out that my old wired smoke detectors were not working properly and were about 30 years old. Even though I have others in the house he took the time to explain why it was a good idea to replace them with new ones that are also carbon monoxide detectors. I appreciated the way he explained why I needed them. I now feel safer with the new ones installed.

I had him come back a second day to change out my kitchen lights and add a light to my shower. When he finished my house, I took him to my daughter's house where he figured out the issue with her kitchen lights and installed a light over her sink. He took his time and made sure everything worked properly before he left.

I liked Jayce because he cared about his work and ensured it was right. He was very conscientious. I haven't met someone with this level of customer service in a long time.

I highly recommend Mr Electric especially when Jayce is your electrician.

The technician arrived 45 minutes after scheduled window and quoted $543 for one hour of work (excluding material). It's just swapping out some old light switches with new ones. This is the definition of fraud.

Paz did an excellent job installing two outdoor ceiling fans and a pendant light in the office. Neither job was straightforward because the fixtures required unusual mounting, and the fans required extra wiring. Paz came up with a solution and completed the work in a few hours. The company gave us a quote and stuck with it. They are honest and reliable. We absolutely will use them again for any electrical needs.

Can't speak to how they good they are because they wanted me to pay $50 to come out and quote the job for a generator install. I have other quotes given to me for free sight unseen because they had the experience to offer a turn key price. They are probably fine otherwise but I will not be able to find out b/c they want to charge me money so that I can pay them money...

We needed a 240 installed for an electric vehicle we purchased. Unfortunately our garages are separated and the breaker box was in the smaller garage several (50+?)feet away from where we needed new 240. Bryan came to give us an estimate and helped us determIne the best way to set it up as we needed. He arrived timely the following week to do the install. He and all workers were very friendly, courteous and professional, we are very happy with the results.

Pretty simple service and repair job - convert an existing surface mount ceiling light to a ceiling fan. This outfit was responsive right from the start, call back was quick and an appt was scheduled with no fuss, very friendly and helpful service on the phone. Got regular email and text updates/reminders as the appointment date/time approached. In fact received a text when the tech was on his way, very helpful.

Tech arrived on time for the appointment, very friendly and informative. They price their services by the job not by the hour, so he looked at my project and quoted a fix rate number regardless of how long it takes him. The price was fair and competitive. He got work immediately and made fast work of the repair job. Wore shoe covers in the house which shows care and concern for others' property. He did great work, went through all the functions/features with me, very clean work space. Cleaned up all his tools and the work space, paid by CC and he was on his way. No bait and switcheroo tactics on the price, and no high pressure sales on upgrades etc. Very good transaction and very professional outfit. Will do business with them again for electrical needs.
