Super impressed and pleased with the customer service (thank you, Megan) and the professional electricians I've encountered so far (Mason and Robert). Professional, polite and knowledgeable and so relieved I didn't have to wait weeks or even months to have someone help me with my needs. I had two outdoor patio outlets not working. It took two trips, two electricians, but they went through the entire house with a fine toothed comb to figure out the issue and they did! They were so good, I've booked them again to install two patio fans. Thank you, team!!

I scheduled an appointment not once but now twice and with the same excuse or reason. Look the first time I understood because of the storm we went through but now this is close to a week of waiting. I'm very disappointed especially with the customer service. I won't be recommending or rescheduling. I believe this company needs to reevaluate their service for customers. Thanks

Overpriced quote! They quoted 11K for installing a breaker panel, only for the labor. Most other certified electricians have quoted less than 2K. Do your due diligence and get quotes for at least 4 qualified vendors if you do not want to over pay!

Efrain was excellent at listening to the issue, outlining his plan to isolate the problem, and provided me with a variety of quotes before work began. Efrain was professional and thoughtful; he arrived early, said the work would take 4-6 hours, and was done within 2 hours!

Just moved to Conroe and needed some minor work done at our home. Dryer outlet needed to be changed and ceiling fan rewired. Mr Electric was the closest business only 2 min drive from our house. We called and scheduled an appointment for next day. The electrician arrived an hour late but was super friendly and apologetic. We got a quote, paid a deposit and scheduled the work for following day at 930am. The next morning no one showed or called, so we called business at 11am. They said they forgot to put appointment in book and will send the electrician around noon. 130pm we called again and still was a no show. So we rescheduled again for next day first thing at 8am. We waited and waited and finally the same friendly electrician arrived to complete job at 10 am (2 hours late). The review would be one star if not for the friendly electrician. Every time we called the business they seemed not to know what was going on and continued to say ""he was on his way"" and to give him 30-45 mins in case traffic. ? We will not be using them again and would not recommend unless you have a whole day to waste.

They did a great job installing our exhaust fan in the master bath as well as a new light fixture in our pantry. We were worried that he wiring was bad in the pantry but they were able to save it and did the job flawlessly.

This company is honest, reliable, on time, and fixed my problem. I had been told by another company that my generator was not fixable. They said the parts I needed were impossible to get, I needed a new one. I couldn't buy a new one at this time. After two power outages in my subdivision I decided to call for a second opinion. Mr. Electric came out took a look and said a fuse was out cleaned the carburetor out and it started. Mr. Electric also completely checked my system to make sure everything is working properly. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am so thankful to know that there is still honest people in this world.
