Charles C.This is a young company that really needs to find out what customer service is all about. They will make an appointment and then the Tech will not show up at the proper time. When they miss the appointment they will not accept that they have messed up, they will give every excuse under the sun. This will make the third appointment they have either canceled or rescheduled. If you value your time you need to rethink using this company. I understand life happens, but every time you make an appointment it should not happen.
