Recommended Customer Reviews

I just discovered that the trouble I was having was the same as my neighbor next door. Mr. Electric's $833.00 repair was not the trouble after all. I should have called Entergy SETX 1st. Mr Electric came out on March 14th. The morning of the 15th brought more trouble. At 6:06 pm March 16th the power went out again and stayed off this time . Entergy came back out and fixed the problem at the utility pole.

I would recommend getting quotes from other businesses first.
Responsive ? Yes. They gave me a date and time and were accurate.
I had a flipped breaker. The guy flipped it back and charged $250.25
The technician was at my house for less than 10 minutes
I get the whole knowing where to hit the hammer thing, but $250.25? I think it's excessive for just flipping a breaker and apparently that was a reduced price according Brian to the technician.
You be the judge.
