Terrific experience! I asked them to come out and install a new outlet and to repair a ceiling fan that had suddenly died on me. They showed up on time, were friendly, asked enough questions to let me know they understood the problems and then launched into fixing them. I'd definitely call them again for future work.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with them. They guy told me it was a 3 day job and they took 1 month for the job to be done. The electrician showed late, left early, destroyed the ceiling insulation and never pay for it. The electrician called me and said the job was finished when I got there I saw trash everywhere and the job was not done. I spoke with the owner, they cleaned and finished the job but he didn't see really concern or caring about everything that happened.
Do yourself a favor and call someone else instead.

Mr. Electric (specifically, Jason!) saved us from being without power for more than a day. All other companies that I randomly tried were booked due to recent storms ... most an entire week out. Jason arrived within a couple hours of my call, even ahead of schedule. He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything up front, before the work was even begun, and during. He found the problems and had everything working again the same visit. (And it wasn't an easy fix: multiple wiring issues, and he even ended up installing a new necessary outlet, which we weren't charged extra for). I was so pleased, not only to have the service promised that same day, but to have Jason's friendly face and reassurances. The price was up front and fair. I will definitely go with Mr. Electric again; the phone number has been officially added to our ""fridge"" list. Thanks again, Jason!!

I've only used them once and was completely satisfied; I had a short in the wall and I couldn't find the problem but they did quickly and made the necessary repairs in no time at all!

Wade came out to our property to fix some bad GFI's and troubleshoot some issues we were having in our garage. For starters, he showed up at 830 on the dot (when does that ever happen). Second, he was a well mannered agreeable person. Third, and potentially most important, he was thorough and even gave me a good price on the work. Everything was fixed in a matter of 45 mins. He could have ""taken me for a ride"" but instead tried to save me money by pointing out small problems I could fix myself (like turning the light switch on so my garage door would open... duh). Anyhow, thanks Wade.

Had a good experience with Mr. Electric. Wade W was flexible, courteous, and took the time to explain what we'd need to do with some complex wiring for multi-way switches. He also helped select the right hardware, and came back multiple times to schedule around other parts of our job that were in flight. Did great work.
