A text message at 730am is not advance notice letting somebody know they are coming to do the repair or job. Since we both work nights a text message isn't going to get seen.

Not sure what company finds it acceptable to not provide notice or call to make an appointment but to just show up!!

Just showing up to start the job including having the power cut and just show up to finish the project without an appointment or notice is unacceptable!

The service was fast and courteous, and they got it right by only the second visit. The first time around the got it fixed, but it wasn't quite right.
They were willing to make it right, however, and that is a good thing
