I placed a service call for assistance with my circuit breaker that kept tripping every time I used certain appliances at the same time and spoke with a very nice receptionist that scheduled a tech to come out to help. The tech arrived and was able to completely resolve an issue that has been ongoing for several years within 2 hours. Fast and friendly service, and VERY reasonably priced compared to the other service my mother used to use (that couldn't ever actually fix this problem). Also, I am so happy to be able to run my dryer and dishwasher at the same time! :) Yay!
