I requested a service through Choice Home Warranty to fix the outlet. The technician Bigvai came on time to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company to others. The issue was minor, but I am happy that I was able to fix the issue. Thank you Bigvai.

Mr. Big came out for a home warranty service call with Choice Home Warranty on our property in Hemet CA. He assessed diagnosed the needed electrical repair which was a faulty circuit breaker. Mr. Big said I have to order breaker and will return to install. We waited 2 weeks for Mr. Big to contact us for a return service call. We did not hear from Mr. Big electric. We called and texted Mr. Big Electric and left messages and he did not respond. We finally had to contact the home service warranty and they spoke with Mr. Big. Mr. Big told the representative and the representative told us on the phone that Mr. Big would be out on Friday afternoon May 10 and call us when he will arrive. He never called us and he did not come out for service call as he said to Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty had to reassign the service call to another licensed electrician. The other electrician arrived saw the required breakers and installed them that day. The other electrician said I dont know why Mr. Big said he needed to order breaker, he could of went to Home Depot or Lowe's 2 miles away and purchase them and complete the service call on the first visit. We do not recommend Mr. Big for electrical service needs as he lacks skills and ability to complete the job right the first time and does not return calls for several days and lacks communication and integrity.

Choice Warranty sent Mr BIG out. He was ontime and efficient. He forgot to submit to Choice, said he will get right on it. We had to leavae the state and I told him. yet he left a message while we were gone. Came home Nov 13 and have been trying to get ahold of him since. I have sent a text as many many calls i get a recording and no message can be left as mail box is full. So that isnt checked. I've never received any claim number, nothing from choice either. Choice I'm told doesnt cover anything. I have had 3 claims, dryer panel, dishwasher electrical and now whole house fan.
Here I am, cant get in contact with anyone. How can he run a business if no one ever answers a phone or listens and clear their messages? Nothing but frustration.

I had placed a claim with Home Warranty Of America. They sent me Mr Big. He was communicative, on time, very thorough in diagnostics, replaced a necessary part, and knowledgeable throughout.

Our switch for the bathroom light was broken so I requested a quote on yelp and Bigvai was the cheapest electrician by far only charging $90 when other competitors were going to give me a flat rate of $200. Not only that but he was available the same day and on time! Bigvai was very knowledgeable about this field of work and explained everything to me so that I could understand! Needless to say I will be going to Mr Big Electric for all my future electrical needs!
