SCAM WARNING. ABSOLUTE TRASH. Do not go here if you support racist individuals that take advantage of others. My mom went to this place for a simple SMOG check. I recently got maintenance done on her car so I know her car was absolutely fine before she went here... she only needed a SMOG check. They broke her coolant pipe while they were checking her car and told her it would be $670 to repair. She doesn't know how to speak English well so she called me and had me translate over the phone and they said they would not talk to me over the phone because they need to talk to her about the repair and I heard them tell her she needed to get the repair or she could not drive safely. They kept saying it's not their fault if it broke because things like that happens sometimes.

TLDR: they broke a part on the car and tried to charge an outrageous price to get it fixed because my mom couldn't speak English well enough to argue with them.

Came here so they could diagnose a problem my car was having. Right off the bat, the employee who registered and looked at my car was very rude. It made me hesitant to leave my car here, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Dropped it off just after 8am. Finally received a call around 4pm that they couldn't duplicate the issue, again the advisor was extremely rude over the phone, saying it's a ""waste of time"" and to come pick the car up. He agreed to keep it another day and try again in the morning to replicate the issue.

The next day, I had to call them around 3:30 as I hadn't heard anything. He said he drove it again in the morning and still couldn't replicate the issue (so why not call me in the morning...?) so to come pick it up. I said fine, so I got there before closing at 4:40, and he still had an attitude in person, don't know what his problem is. On top of this, he charged me $95 when NO mention was EVER made of a diagnostic fee and I didnt sign anything that indicated any type of fee yet.i understand these types of diagnostic fees are common, but again no mention was ever made beforehand and nothing in writing. I wanted to get the hell out of there so I paid, took my car and left. Will be taking it to Precision Automotive instead, which is much better and I should have taken it there instead in the first place. Stay away from mr auto electric, the last thing you want to deal with when you have car problems is horrible customer service.

Read the reviews !! Stay away from this place , I ask what's wrong with my car and they ask me if I'm a mechanic and willing to fix it myself. Once I tell them that they have terrible customer service. He says to get my car before he tows it out. I'd stay away from terrible service and a headache.

I trust no one but Kumar to care for my baby, my 2002 Solara convertible...his prices are reasonable. When my check engine light comes on, I take my baby to Kumar. I highly recommend his services and would suggest his business to my family and friends. High Five to Kumar and his staff

This Mr. Kumar is a real piece of work--he's the owner and operator. First, he speaks in a insanely high pitch tone that is extremely annoying, second, he makes promises he can't keep, third, he'll attempted to lie and/or blame you for his inadequacies and inabilities to honor his promises/commitments.
Stay away from this place! I work in the industry and I now that this guy can't even keep a good note and honor his commitments with his part suppliers.

Today I took my vehicle in because both of my electric mirrors would not move to the right. Their shop rate was $80 an hour. The tech worked on my car for 20 min and discovered I had a faulty switch. In the process he damaged my switch to where it doesn't work at all now. Upon paying my bill they wanted to charge me a full hours worth of work. Not only did they not want to work with me they broke my switch. I asked for a discount and he refused. I will never go back again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. I am in business too and I think it was poor customer service. Not only did they lose me as a customer, i'm sure there going to lose alot more. Please find another shop for you electric needs
