Mike has helped me install a ring camera and a ductless AC in my house. While installing the AC, he was drilling the hole on the wall which ended up in breakage of some outdoor stucco. I do understand that accidents do happen. He got the stucco wall fixed after installation was done & after that I paid in full for the installation job. He was supposed to help me with a couple of more projects, but disappeared after that. I recently found out that there's a rebate available for ductless AC installation. The rebate form needs the contractor to sign, but despite of trying to reach Mike multiple times, he didn't respond to me. We hire licensed contractors for their accountability, but is this how they're reachable after the service is done? I was holding off from leaving a negative review for many months, but he has tested my patience so much that I am ending up leaving a review.

Fantastic work from our very own local electrician! Michael communicated from the start of the appointment with detailed pricing and arrived on time. Michael installed an outdoor ring camera, which required new electrical power, repaired a ceiling light, installed a new breaker, installed a new outlet for our dog room (so our dog can have a fan) and installed 3 new outlets near the toilet in 3 of our bathrooms so we can install bidets. Based on how clean he left each install/repair, you can tell he takes pride on his craftsmanship. Michael is very professional, honest and I look forward to working with Michael with future projects in our home. Thank you sir!
