Robert and Pasquale were the best. We live in an old house w/ a funky plumbing drainage system (lots of unusual bends, turns, angles, offshoots, etc), and it gets clogged pretty regularly. Can be difficult to snake due to odd pipe routes. They were able to clear all out w/out the exorbitant expense and flooding that comes with removing and snaking through the toilet. Good, fast, respectful guys who listened and thoroughly explained all without the dismissive condescension of some home repair service people. Will definitely use them again if needed.

INSANE QUOTE! They answer the phone and come out quickly. But they give insane quotes and won't even do small fixes for the $89.00 fee to just show up. We had two issues we needed an ice maker box installed where a water line already was and a small leak under the sink. The quote for the ice maker box was $1,500 and the leak would be done for the $89.00 fee they said we could use toward our services. Then when we rejected that insane quote he could no longer fix the small leak under the sink. Would NEVER call them again!

They responded to my request quickly and sent a friendly technician to look at my issue, which was a toilet flange that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, I was quoted $2,800 (net of a discount) that involved cutting our tile floor and jackhammering concrete. I called another plumber for a second opinion, and he was able to fix it for $350 in two hours.
