I requested my tankless water heater to be replaced. Blanca was super friendly and attentive, scheduled a plumber right away and he was replacing it the same day I requested the services. The price was fair, the level of costumer service is second to none! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their work is guaranteed! I am so glad I I reached out to them.

Called to have a leaky bidet fixed. They came out quickly and ""fixed"" it by tightening the connector. It leaked that night. They came out the next day and replaced to connector. The plumbers were kind, efficient and very professional.

There was an issue with the billing. I was able to contact the owners who were very helpful in resolving the matter. Mistakes happen so I appreciate when a company works to resolve them. Nice job!

My toilet was leaking so I called MVP. The man was awful. He said he couldn't fix it without putting all new piping in. Fortunately, my local plumber, who I trust, was back from vacation. He just installed a new valve cause the washer was corroded on my old valve. Cost me 125.00!!! 15 minutes and no more leaks. Most Valuable Plumbers aka MVP is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Stay clear of them!! I promise you. You will thank me. AWFUL and should be put out of business.

Our toilet flooded around 10pm on Saturday night and sewage water was filling the tub. Our trusted plumber was out of town so we called MVP plumbing. They arrived and with the help of a snake and Camera were able to locate the exact area where the line was blocked. Whether or not there was a crack on the cast iron that allegedly led to the growth of a root inside the cast iron pipe is dubious to say the least. However they could not see the crack on cast iron on Saturday night even with camera. All they told me was that the snake was not able to open the clog. One of the guys told me that there is a rotator type of snake that could work but they did not use it and instead told me that the only way was to dig a hole in my son's bedroom floor to locate the damaged clogged cast iron and replace it with a pvc type of pipe. They said it was going to cost me little over $4,000!! Since none of the bathrooms or sinks or tubs could be used and the next day was a Sunday, I agreed. After talking to my trusted plumber on Monday, I was told that the cost at the most should have been around $2,000. I have no one to blame but myself for putting my trust in this company. They were very good at pitching their message causing you to worry if the problem was not taken care of immediately and I for one believed them. The cost of cement and a piece of piping must have been very little. and even assuming $200 an hour labor for 6 hours ( I am being generous with hours). I should not have paid more than $2500.
I now need to purchase tiles to install in that area.
Folks, please stay away from this company, they take advantage of you when you are in a bind. I understand this is a business and there are expenses and bills must be paid but scamming people at vulnerable times is not good business practice.
Please stay away from this company!

Ehhh. I'm a bit torn on this review. I had a slow drain for a while, found MVP online, saw the $33 drain cleaning special, submitted my information. Company was very responsive, called me right away, scheduled someone to come out same day. I explained I had a slow drain, no emergency, simply needed a snake. They took my credit card information on the phone, and confirmed the $33 price estimate.

Other half of the review. Guy comes out takes a look then says, ""It's gonna cost you $129"". I'm like ok, what was the $33 estimate for? He didn't really have an answer.... At that point I'm like whatever, do the job. He did the job fine. Great. Then, oh if they are going to charge the cc, then there will be an additional 3%. Ok. So job done, it was an easy job any plumber could've done it, but you see where this is going....so unfortunately the review is based on how I believe the company handled things and it felt pretty typical for them.

These guys did a great, efficient, professional job. I had sewage coming up through the toilets and showers of both of my bathrooms at 10pm. I called three or four other ""24/7"" plumbers and MVP were the first ones to actually answer. They gave me a window of 11pm-1am and showed up at midnight. Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and told me our plumbing was in need of major surgery. He showed me the camera feed as he explained what was needed and I was able to feel confident that he wasn't embellishing to pad the bill.

The next morning, the repair crew arrived early to get started. They kept me informed about everything they were doing and were clear and responsive to all of my questions. They finished up when they said they were going to and didn't leave a mess. Sounds like it's how it should be but how often can you actually count on that actually happening? Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks!

I strongly recommend them as they delivered and eased my mind of the stress of buying a new property that I had just move into and the water heaters were red flagged by the gas company.

We live in a 100+ year old house that had much of the original plumbing and many issues. Most Valuable Plumber did several large jobs for us in a two-week period, including conducting a pipe burst of the original clay pipe, shooting a liner to the mainline, replacing original cast iron pipe under the house, and installing a new tankless water heater with hot water recirculation. I would highly recommend Most Valuable Plumber for the following reasons. First, they use technology to diagnose problems and take the time to review all the videos and photos with you so that you understand the issues and work needed. We observed that the pipe to the street was filled with tree roots in two places and the cast iron was corroded, leaving us with little water flow out of the house. Second, they use technology to schedule appointments, send reminders, let you know when team is on the way, and to sign estimates and pay invoices, which you can download for your records. Third, after digging large, deep holes in the yard to access the pipes, they left the property in excellent condition with hardly a trace that they had been here. Fourth, we had different teams on various days, and EVERY employee was friendly, professional, and hard working. Fifth, we had several supervisors, including Fernando, Christopher, Nacho, and Alex. They were all excellent. I would like to especially call out Alex for his exceptional knowledge and commitment to customer service. As you might expect with an old house, we ran into a few unforeseen bumps during the process that required tweaks and follow up. They were out immediately to handle these items and get the job to 100% complete. With Most Valuable Plumber, you are in great hands from beginning to end.

Just had a clogged toilet Caesar Donis came in professional clean. Gave us a two hour window for arrival after we called. Came within the first hour. Came In with his expert knowledge.
