In 1934, a small plumbing shop and scrap metal yard was founded by Morris Levin and his son, George, along old Hwy 99 in Tulare, CA. They soon discovered that their services were in high demand, and their commitment to hard work fostered a loyal customer base and a strong reputation for quality and service. As time passed, George Levin grew the family business into a multifaceted enterprise, encompassing hardware stores, rental centers, and A/C, heating, electrical, plumbing, and underground services. To stay competitive, MLS focuses on outstanding customer service and expanding its product range to meet the needs of residential and commercial customers. Currently, Paul Atlas, along with David and Tracy Atlas, oversees MLS, and the hardware store and contracting services division remain committed to the local community, offering more than 90 full-time positions.
