Great local company! Called Morris Air as heater stopped working. Ryan and Jesus came out the next day to troubleshoot the system. Our furnace required replacement being the original from when home was built. Ryan explained the issue well and worked with Jesus to install a new furnace the same day. Even better, they had a $500 discount promotion on new furnaces. Strongly recommend.

Our heater had been out of service for months and the cold temps this winter finally got to us so we called and scheduled an appointment. The company was very prompt with communication and our experience was great, but the highlight was Aaron! He arrived on time and was very polite and respectful - he even brought disposable shoe coverings to keep the floor clean! Didn't matter much in this surf shack. He quickly diagnosed our issue and was able to immediately give us a quote. 20 minutes later the repair was done and our house had heat! He even spent another 30 minutes afterwards helping to program our new thermostat. Aaron crushed it, we're so glad he came out to give us a hand, highly recommend!

My dad and I were very happy with the service. Ryan and the team did an awesome job fixing our Heating and AC unit!! The team was very nice and polite to us. They said that they would finish fixing the unit in two days, and they did. They worked very fast in just two days. Very excellent work!

Ryan, Kyle and Jesus did a great job installing our new AC unit. The entire crew was professional and courteous. We are a busy warehouse, and the crew managed to take care of business without interrupting our work day.

I was especially impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail the crew exhibited. They wiped down the wall where they installed a new thermostat with baby wipes and filled all holes with calking.

Updating my previous review. I was heated before but now and cooled off. Literally and figuratively. Our AC had issues twice and I was pretty upset about it. But reality is equipment breaks and that's life. I appreciate both Aaron and Ryan for making time to service out AC same day. Ryan was here just hours after I called and replaced our Thermostat and ran me through any other potentials issues to look out for. I appreciate the good customer service. Turned my day around. These are SUCH good people. From the office to the service man, they are very kind, honest and warm. I had them come out for a quote on an old AC unit in my condo, and they gave me very straight-forward information so that I could make a decision. They went above and beyond to explain and educate me, so that I could choose from my options. If you want things done right and for very honest and open communication, this company is an excellent option.

In the middle of the massive heatwave, our AC suddenly crapped out on us. We called Morris Air & Electric to come take a look for us, as we had initially thought that we would only need a new compressor. After they gave our unit a good look, it was determined that we would need to replace the whole thing, mostly due to the age of the unit, and the cost of just trying to get a new processor to work with it. They were incredibly thorough in explaining everything for us, and we felt extremely comfortable with the options they provided for us. Ryan did an excellent job of installing the new unit for us the next day. He made it a point to explain everything he was doing. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to a perfect standard. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future AC/heating issues or asks. Cannot recommend them more!!!

Listen - I get it. We're in the middle of a historic heat wave in California, and there are only many people you can have going around at once, and people get backed up.

But it's still unprofessional as heck to basically no-show for a time that was booked directly through them.

Called them the night previously, as my HVAC unit had basically died on me. They tell me - we can have somebody come over tomorrow morning between 8-10 AM! GREAT! Book me. Tomorrow comes and it's 9:00 AM and I don't hear anything from them. I give them a call and ask - hey is my technician still coming in the alotted time slot, or is he gonna come over later, or what's up? They tell me, they'll call the technician and they'll get back to me.

It's currently 2:21 PM and I haven't heard from anybody, as well as nobody's showed up at my house.

Unprofessional as heck. Like I said - I get it, it's a historic heatwave, and everybody's HVAC unit is probably dying right now, and they're probably getting backed up with calls - but a little communication goes a long way.
