Initial appointment was between 8-10am. Then it was changed to 10-12noon. Ok, it can happen & its not that big of deal.

But wasn't too happy when no one showed up. Sent a message through yelp & messenger, no one responded.

Then I get a ""courtesy"" call from a technician (was nice) around 3pm saying he will be at my place in about 1 to 1.5 hrs. Unfortunately, I had other plans. He offered to reschedule, but Didn't want to waste my time waiting. So I declined & canceled my appt with Morris Air & Electric.

Everything would've been all good if someone reached out to me before noon.

So my main complain is their poor coordination & communication. If you are working from home (or don't need to work) or have a very flexible work schedule maybe you can try to get some service done through this business.

If not, try other ones you can find on Yelp or google.

AC stopped cooling. Aaron and Dave are very nice and helpful. First time we changed the circuit board, AC not cooling again after half a day. Second time Dave came over and spent a long time diagnosed the problem. I'm very happy about their work ethic. Great family.

Let me start off by saying, how professional and what amazing work this company represents! Our AC unit went out on us last minute and our son caught a fever that same day, we were desperately looking for someone to get our AC unit working again. We contact other companies for quotes and most of them wouldn't respond back to us or they didn't have any time, a friend of ours referred us to this company and immediately Aaron fit us in his schedule even though he was already booked and made it a point to come out himself to handle the problem. He was transparent with us about everything and was able to fix the problem on the spot, also his rates were a lot more reasonable then what we were getting quoted for. I highly recommend this company!!

AMAZING! AMAZING! I contacted this company after several other companies had came out to my house to ""fix and charge"" me to fix my ac that kept going out every few hours in the middle of summer! They were able to come out that same day to inspect the unit, gave me a diagnostic and within 2 days my air was up and running with no problems. Super friendly down to earth technician, and what I liked most was his honesty. Family company that treats you like family. Def recommended them to all my neighbors and to all of you.

My air went out and it is HOT!!! Morris Air was quick to come out and fix the problem! I thought for sure that I was going to need a new air conditioning system, but that wasn't the issue!
Thank you guys for being quick, clean, professional, honest and most of all...affordable!
Highly recommend!!! I would give them more stars if I could!

I requested a quote using the Yelp app. I made an appointment for a free estimate and was given the time slot of 12-2 PM. However when 1:55 PM came around I had to call them to see what happened. No one tried calling me ahead of time as a courtesy so I was annoyed. I was told that the driver is stuck in traffic and will be able to come by 3:30pm. So I had to wait from 12-3:30pm for someone to come for estimate. If I knew it was going to take that long I probably would just cancel the appointment. To top it off the estimate was double other estimates I received. I ultimately didn't hire them even though I was told (when I asked why the price was high) they are the ""best in town"".

Our AC unit went out mid July on a 103 degree day. We have a newborn and were concerned about the long hot uncomfortable night ahead of us. After explaining this to Aaron he was able to locate the unit replacement we needed and had it installed for us within hours. The other companies needed 24 - 48 hours to accommodate us. Aaron treated this like an emergency and even followed up with me the next morning to make sure we were all good. They went above and beyond for our family on such a short notice and didn't take advantage of our pocket book. I appreciate that! If we could give them 10 stars we would!!

They had many availabilities for someone to check out our heater, which was nice in the beginning.

The technician came by and after only five to ten minutes gave us a quote.

The quote was 4x the cost of other companies we have had quote us.

We will be looking elsewhere.

Set up an appointment and then completely blew me off.... I said it was an urgent issue, they never showed up. If you're too busy fine but don't schedule with me then, or I would have scheduled with someone else.
