Dick came out to install new outlets in two bathrooms and I surprised him with a need to fix the outlet for my dryer. The work was extremely clean and professional. He was done quicker than I expected and at a great rate. I will definitely hire Morgan Electric again in the future.

I called Morgan Electric to have them come out and try to figure out why my oven was not working. Dick and Mike came and pulled the wall oven out.
That seemed to be fine, so they went in the attic to look around. They found that the junction box in the attic was the problem. They fixed the problem very quickly. Then before they left they made sure the oven was working properly. They answered all my questions and assured that all was in order. I can't say enough about how well they work together.

This week Mike of Morgan Electric came to our house to complete a long delayed project at our home. Delays were because of the supplier of the lights that we wanted installed. I would definitely recommend Mike and Dick to anyone in need of any large or small electrical projects. They were responsive, accommodating to our schedule, Mike came out wearing a mask and ensured social distancing, and the final bill matched to the dollar the quote we received. Very reasonable. I called other electricians and they either didn't respond, or their quotes were much higher. Outstanding service.

Two electricians showed up without wearing masks and walked in. Never asked even though I was wearing a mask. Charged me a 120.00 service charge after 10 minutes of diagnosing a problem. When asked to fix something else, made an excuse and never followed up. Very disappointed in this long time company.

Called around to get some interior lights changed out to LED and some exterior pedestal lights that were not working. Mike was the most responsive and came over quickly to provide a quote. Seemed pretty reasonable and was available within a few days.

They did the interior work which seemed pretty simple and looked at the outside lights. Some new wiring was needed but to do it, he said a conduit was needed. I dug the trench for it and he came back and ran new wires and fixed a short.

When I got home, one light was still not working. Called and he said it may be the light base. Then said he would be back later in the week. No response after that. Finally I got someone else to fix the light.

My issue is the non response and after I paid in full. I get the feeling that this was a side job in between some bigger ones and it got too complicated.

Mike and his partner showed up on time, assessed the ceiling height for which ladder to grab and got right to business on installing a replacement chandelier in the 16 foot tall entry way. Real pros! No messing around. Done in under 30 minutes. I'd feel comfortable using Morgan Electric again.

Called Mike on a Tuesday afternoon, he came on a Wednesday morning, and fixed a problem that two other electricians hemmed and hawed and could not previously fix. And, he fixed it in 15 minutes. Another electrician I kept hounding about a special part he was waiting on to arrive. With Mike Matter, he had the part on his truck. I've never seen someone so efficient, effective, and professional. They are now our go-to electrician. And, by the way, the price was also fair.
