Our electricity decided to go on the fritz. We researched and googled what the problem might have been so us as responsible home owners could fix it ourselves. After 2 weeks of doing our best but never really fixing the problem we got Morff Electric our to help us.
What a great and refreshing experience. The technician was extremely honest, respectful, empathetic , patient and friendly. This was the refreshing experience because things have changed with businesses and not for the better with most either.
They worked diligently and walked us through the entire process answering any questions we had.
They fixed our electrical and we've been good since.
I can't say enough positive about the technician or the company for having such a great employee with a great attitude !!
Will definitely use again if the need arises!
Btw it was our box and circuits that were causing us three headache!

Called a few places to get a quote, I could not get a response. But I stumbled across Morff on a search. I was surprised at just how quickly they responded. They were out within two hours for the quote. Being a single woman I was a little apprehensive assuming that I was going to receive a high quote and for work that probably did not need to be done. But I was surprised at how patient and knowledgeable the gentleman was, he even told me some work did not need to be done. While there he even helped me to replace some light bulbs I could reach. The pricing and service were very fair and their employees are very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I owed a great review to Christian and his crew for the job they had completed back in July 2018, but somehow, it had found its way to hide its existence on my to-do list until now, and I feel bad that I had not yet written a review on the spectacular and beyond-expectation job Christian and his crew had completed.

I had inquired literally a dozen electricians and companies on my plans for walk-in closet in master bedroom to server room conversion. Half of them turned the job down even before hearing me out. Half of the remaining half quoted outrageous price even without looking at the job site, and remaining half scheduled a free-site check for estimate.

Out of remaining three, one promised a quote which was never delivered, one wanted to basically tear down the entire house and rebuild it, and Christian had most innovative ideas to get the job done in least invasive way.

On the day of the job, the crew arrived and immediately started prepping for the job (covering carpet, etc.) They even had brought their own shoe cover, which was big ++ for this Asian home.

When the job was about 1/3 done, Christian approached me, with new idea that he had about getting the job done. With his new idea, we ended up having at least 3 less openings on the wall (=less cost to patch/re-paint the wall). I believe the new idea involved more labor hours and more difficult work condition (someone had to crawl into the attic and work while buried in fiberglass insulation. Itchy!), but Christian delivered the job at the same estimated cost.

Now THAT, is some work ethics. He found a way that is most beneficial for the client, although it may have been bit less profitable for him.

A few days later, I realized one of the electrical components I asked Christian to hook up ""while at it"" (translation: this stingy guy asked this fine electrician to do some job for free) was not functioning correctly. Although the component he installed was completely out of courtesy, and was not part of the job contract, he swung by within couple days after his normal business hours to correct the issue.

I told him I felt bad that I asked him to come out again to work on something he did out of courtesy (again, for free).

Christian insisted that every job he performs, will have to work perfectly, whether or not it was courtesy job. Because that is what he promised to deliver. A perfect electrical job.

Now THAT, is some work ethics. He earned my loyalty for any electrical jobs I may need in the future, until I move out of the area, or he is no longer available.

As I am writing this nearly a half year after the job was completed, I feel obligated to include the fact that everything Christian and his crew touched, still works perfectly fine, and some even better.

I can swear that my dining light was flickering, but it fixed itself when Christian arrived.

I called Chris this morning after another local electrician did not respond to my request through yelp and their website the night prior. Chris was on a job and responded immediately and was possibly unable to help me out in the same day, but made time to come and fix some light switches in one of our rooms.

After he fixed my issue, I booked him to handle some other receptacle things I wanted fixed the following week.

Don't waste time on companies that don't provide this level of customer service or performance. Chris is on top of it and will fix your electrical issues for a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe.

Christian and his coworker Joey (I think...sorry!) with Morff Electric were nothing short of amazing! I posted the details of my project on yelp and within 15 minutes was on the phone with Christian. He was even here the very next morning to complete the project. His price was more than fair and the work was perfect. Morff electric is personable, clean, quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you need great service without sacrificing quality.

I found Morff Electric through Yelp, requested a quote and they responded almost immediately. Christian gave us a reasonable quote quickly and started work ASAP! I couldn't be happier with everything. We had recessed lighting installed a ceiling fan relocated in the room and drop lighting installed as well. They were incredibly polite, neat and so flexible. We changed and added things as the work progressed, and never were they frustrated or annoyed with our requests. The work they performed is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted, where and how we wanted. We have used many electricians over the years and we have an older home so we will definitely be calling them again as we work through our projects! Reasonable, efficient, respectful, neat and flexible, you can't ask for anything more when having someone come into your home and work...these guys are fantastic!
