Raul is a rockstar! I work with a lot of contractors regularly because of my job, and Raul stood out. Communication is key for me, and unfortunately, many contractors fall short in that area--but not Raul. He replaced my electrical panel, and the entire process was very smooth. He kept me informed with updates via text without me having to chase him down. I also like that he sends me videos / pics of the work he's doing. That's how you build trust! His pricing was also very competitive.

If you have any electrical needs, definitely give Raul a call! You won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for someone to do a Poor job and NOT care about fixing the problems they created, this company is for you. If you love NOT having your phone calls OR texts returned just trying to schedule a revisit to fix the problems, Moreno Electric is for you! I contacted Raul Moreno and he came to look at the work. He said he could do the work and I texted him that I was going out of town and we could set up a time when I returned after the Thanksgiving holiday and he said that ""sounds good"". Since then I have texted him several times and left two phone messages. If you call his regular business number you get a message saying the mailbox is full. I can only guess that he changed his mind about wanting to do the work, but I really don't appreciate just being ignored after having take the time to meet with him. If he had the common courtesy to even respond and say he was too busy or didn't want the job, that would be better. I guess there is just too much work available and he doesn't even have to treat people with basic respect.

This review is NOT for the quality of work that Raul / Moreno Electric is doing.
This one star review is regarding a lack of basic customer service received. I have called four times over the last three weeks, because we have a handful of electrical jobs that need to be done. I received one call back to my work number,(before our business hours and so I was not there to receive it) a couple of days after my first message, and no other calls since. If you're too busy to take on new clients, then Raul or someone should return your calls to LET PEOPLE KNOW. Our work is not emergency and could wait a couple of weeks or even a couple of months, Thank goodness since I can't seem to get a call back!

Raul Moreno and his crew at Moreno Electric recently did an electrical upgrade for us on a remodelling project. From start to finish, their work was totally first rate. Raul's communication was always clear, precise and helpful. He also provided advice in selecting lighting fixtures for the project.

The bid was complete, understandable, and reasonably priced. Raul's crew was fast, flexible and their work was flawless. We had a few minor changes along the way and they were able to accomodate them without any fuss or friction.

Working with them as our Electrical Contractor was really a great experience and I would recommend them without reservation.

Raul Moreno works with top contractors (he worked for my contractor, that's how I got to know his work). He has continued doing jobs for me in at my Marin County home after the renovation was complete. He's very sharp and the guys who work for him are as well. He's honest and his prices are fair. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I am so surprised there is only one review for Raul! Moreno electric is incredible - I have been using them for seven years now for my home in San Francisco with zero complaints. He is completely honest and explains everything to you along with various price options depending on the work. They have done a bunch of additional small things for me at no cost too - which is really rare. I have the utmost respect for them and highly recommend them! Don't be fooled by where they are based - he will come to anywhere in the bay area
