Randy is just one big wad of awesome. Works quickly, cleans everything up so it's better than when he arrived, doesn't scoff at how hubby screwed up the wiring on a DIY binge. Expert electrician, reasonably priced, quick response. He stuck his hand up in the ceiling and a rat ran across his hand, and yet he came back after we got rid of the rat and finished the job. Highly recommend.

Randy and his team were on time and meant business! The scope of my job kept changing (because we kept changing what we wanted), but Randy took it all in his stride and worked to give us the best deal he could.

Beyond the Call of Duty THE BEST
We're in a new home up in the Stonebrae development.
I came home early from work, drove in the garage only to see an electrical extension cord running from the inside the house into the garage with the fridge plugged in. Even the the overhead light and garage door worked all other outlets were dead. Having had success with Yelp before so I made a call. That's how I found Mopia. After many Rings Randy answered. I explained the problem. Else explained he was in Tahoe gone until next week. Before he hung up he asked what the problem was. Before long, with his family waiting, he listened to what happened, then lead me through the steps to find the problem and then to fix it. This is beyond the call of duty and only would come from a true professional. Thank you Randy.

I called Randy to fix a few outlets and a light on the deck that was not working. Randy tried for a few hours to fix and came up with some suggestions that involved extensive repair work like wall breaking etc. Initially he took approx. $200 for the 2 hours he spent and said he would need to return to fix everything. Next day, I called up another electrician and he came and fixed the problem in 5 min by going to the breaker panel. In fact, undoing what Randy did cost me more than actually fixing the problem itself.

Typically for this I would have given 0 to 1 star. The reason I give Randy 2 stars is when I called him and complained about the whole thing, he quickly refunded the money I gave him.

I had an issue and Randy answered his phone, listened to my concern and made himself a available to fix my problem. He communicated timely and when I had the conflict he was understanding. Very good customer service.

Trying to write a useful review, rather than just more gushing. Randy was responsive. Called me back on a Saturday, told me he was slammed, but if it was an emergency, he could make it work.
He first tried to talk me through self fixing to save me money. The problem was not a DIY job. He came out. Knocked the job out. Rounded DOWN on time spent and was super fair on price. Cool, normal, helpful guy. Not sure what else you could do in this industry to be better than Randy.

I was about to give up till I got to Mopia Electric. Randy was great. By the time I got to him I have had 3 other electricians from Yelp come over to look at the electrical problem . Saying that i wasn't impressed with any of them would be a gross understatement. Randy gave me a fair and competitive estimate. He was always on time and got the work done as expected. He followed up with all my concerns and questions. I intend to use his services again.
